超聲波清洗機(jī)的設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn)

【摘要】:超聲波清洗就是利用在液體中發(fā)射足夠大的超聲波能量,使液體內(nèi)部產(chǎn)生“空化效應(yīng)”。超聲波清洗的原理就是在清洗液中產(chǎn)生“空化效應(yīng)”,液體中的氣泡產(chǎn)生與破裂產(chǎn)生強(qiáng)大的沖擊力,用來(lái)清除物體表面的雜質(zhì)、污垢和油膩。 本文結(jié)合超聲波電源發(fā)展的現(xiàn)狀,并針對(duì)超聲波清洗機(jī)對(duì)超聲波電源的具體要求,提出了電源主電路和控制電路基本結(jié)構(gòu)方案。并對(duì)電源的主電路和控制電路進(jìn)行了理論設(shè)計(jì)和實(shí)驗(yàn)。 本文設(shè)計(jì)電路主要是使用UC3875芯片在超聲波電源功率控制中的應(yīng)用。通過(guò)使用UC3875芯片控制全橋移相電路的移相角來(lái)改變輸出信號(hào)功率,通過(guò)控制移相角的大小,就可以控制輸出信號(hào)的占空比,以此來(lái)達(dá)到調(diào)節(jié)負(fù)載上輸出功率的目的。文中使用大功率IGBT設(shè)計(jì)全橋電路,并對(duì)IGBT設(shè)計(jì)了基于KA962芯片的驅(qū)動(dòng)電路。而且還對(duì)換能器進(jìn)行匹配電路設(shè)計(jì),使超聲波清洗機(jī)能夠高效的進(jìn)行清洗工作。文章還對(duì)清洗機(jī)的頻率自動(dòng)跟蹤系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行研究與分析,,使得超聲波清洗機(jī)能夠穩(wěn)定、高效的工作。 文章最后對(duì)整個(gè)系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了實(shí)驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)分析,對(duì)理論設(shè)計(jì)進(jìn)行修正,結(jié)果表明系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)可行,性能指標(biāo)滿足設(shè)計(jì)要求。
[Abstract]:Ultrasonic cleaning is the use of large enough ultrasonic energy in the liquid, so that the liquid has a "cavitation effect." The principle of ultrasonic cleaning is to produce the "cavitation effect" in the cleaning liquid, and the bubble in the liquid produces and breaks to produce the powerful impact force, which is used to remove the impurity, dirt and greasy on the surface of the object. Based on the development of ultrasonic power supply and the specific requirements of ultrasonic cleaning machine for ultrasonic power supply, the basic structure of main circuit and control circuit of power supply is put forward in this paper. The main circuit and control circuit of the power supply are designed and tested theoretically. In this paper, the application of UC3875 chip in power control of ultrasonic power supply is designed. The output signal power can be changed by using UC3875 chip to control the phase shift angle of the full bridge phase-shifting circuit. By controlling the magnitude of the phase shift angle, the duty cycle of the output signal can be controlled, thus the output power on the load can be adjusted. In this paper, the full bridge circuit is designed with high power IGBT, and the driving circuit based on KA962 chip is designed for IGBT. It also designs the matching circuit of the transducer to make the ultrasonic cleaning machine clean efficiently. The frequency automatic tracking system of the cleaning machine is studied and analyzed in order to make the ultrasonic cleaning machine work stably and efficiently. Finally, the experimental data of the whole system are analyzed, and the theoretical design is modified. The results show that the system design is feasible and the performance index meets the design requirements.
