液氦溫區(qū)VM-PT制冷機(jī)的數(shù)值計(jì)算研究

【摘要】:本文對(duì)液氦溫區(qū)Vuilleumier耦合脈沖管(VM-PT)制冷機(jī)進(jìn)行了數(shù)值計(jì)算研究。為了減小來自室溫的漏熱,將氣庫置于一級(jí)冷頭之上。采用SAGE軟件建立了數(shù)值計(jì)算模型,以無負(fù)荷制冷溫度為目標(biāo)函數(shù)對(duì)制冷機(jī)運(yùn)行參數(shù)進(jìn)行了優(yōu)化。為了進(jìn)一步了解制冷機(jī)的工作原理,研究了脈沖管制冷機(jī)內(nèi)焓流、聲功、熵流、壓力波、體積流率及溫度的沿程分布,并對(duì)其相位關(guān)系和可用能損失進(jìn)行了分析。計(jì)算結(jié)果表明,該制冷機(jī)可在平均壓力0.9 MPa、壓比1.61、運(yùn)行頻率0.8Hz時(shí)得到3.69 K的無負(fù)荷制冷溫度,在4.2 K時(shí)可提供16.24 mW制冷量。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the numerical calculation of Vuilleumier coupled pulse tube (VM-PTT) refrigerator in liquid helium temperature region has been carried out. In order to reduce heat leakage from room temperature, the gas reservoir is placed on the first stage cold head. The numerical calculation model was established by using SAGE software, and the operating parameters of the refrigerator were optimized by taking the temperature of no-load refrigeration as the objective function. In order to further understand the working principle of the refrigerator, the distribution of enthalpy flow, acoustic work, entropy flow, pressure wave, volume flow rate and temperature in the pulse tube refrigerator is studied, and the phase relationship and available energy loss are analyzed. The calculated results show that the refrigerator can obtain a load free refrigeration temperature of 3.69 K at an average pressure of 0.9 MPA, a pressure ratio of 1.61 and a frequency of 0.8Hz, and a cooling capacity of 16.24 MW at 4.2 K.
