【摘要】:針對在少故障樣本情況下,建立狀態(tài)識別決策表時數(shù)據(jù)離散化的閾值難以確定的問題,提出了將系統(tǒng)正常工作時狀態(tài)參數(shù)變化區(qū)間的邊界值作為狀態(tài)參數(shù)離散化閾值來建立液壓系統(tǒng)故障識別決策表,以此處理某型翻車機液壓系統(tǒng)故障識別問題。應(yīng)用粗糙集理論對建立的決策表進行屬性約簡,得到系統(tǒng)故障診斷的簡化規(guī)則,并將這些規(guī)則存入故障診斷專家系統(tǒng)的知識庫中用于系統(tǒng)故障識別。專家系統(tǒng)的現(xiàn)場診斷結(jié)果表明,應(yīng)用該方法提取的故障診斷規(guī)則具有較高的魯棒性。
[Abstract]:In the case of few fault samples, it is difficult to determine the threshold of data discretization when establishing the decision table of state recognition. In this paper, a fault identification decision table of hydraulic system is established by taking the boundary value of the variation interval of state parameters as the discrete threshold of state parameters to deal with the problem of fault identification of hydraulic system of a certain type of dumper. Rough set theory is applied to attribute reduction of the decision table, and the simplified rules of fault diagnosis are obtained, and these rules are stored in the knowledge base of fault diagnosis expert system for system fault identification. The field diagnosis results of the expert system show that the fault diagnosis rules extracted by this method are robust.
