【摘要】：目的為了更加便捷地運(yùn)輸和包裝紅酒等易碎玻璃制品,賦予其運(yùn)輸安全性、銷售展示的美觀性和一體性的功能。方法以750 mL溜肩紅酒瓶為例,選擇A型和B型瓦楞紙板,利用瓦楞紙板的挺度和折疊性對內(nèi)襯結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行造型設(shè)計(jì),從而實(shí)現(xiàn)內(nèi)襯結(jié)構(gòu)的一板折疊成型。對紅酒運(yùn)輸包裝件進(jìn)行跌落試驗(yàn),得到紅酒瓶的最大加速度曲線,然后利用Pro/E軟件建立實(shí)體模型,導(dǎo)入有限元軟件ABAQUS進(jìn)行跌落仿真,得到包裝件響應(yīng)加速度曲線。結(jié)果 z方向最大加速度為215.33 m/s~2,比水平方向的沖擊加速度低很多,即z方向跌落沖擊緩沖性能好于水平方向。與跌落試驗(yàn)結(jié)果相比,誤差均在可接受的范圍內(nèi),表明有限元模型的建立是合理的,能夠較好地反映所設(shè)計(jì)的紅酒包裝件在跌落過程中的動態(tài)緩沖特性。結(jié)論內(nèi)襯結(jié)構(gòu)全部采用環(huán)保的瓦楞紙板材料,易于加工成型。瓦楞紙板良好的緩沖性能和包裝特性降低了紅酒在運(yùn)輸過程中的破損率,這種全瓦楞紙板的內(nèi)襯結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)不僅克服了紅酒傳統(tǒng)運(yùn)輸包裝的缺陷,而且彌補(bǔ)了紙質(zhì)紅酒包裝結(jié)構(gòu)單一的缺點(diǎn),對產(chǎn)品最大響應(yīng)加速度的分析表明該結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)能夠滿足紅酒瓶直立放置時(shí)的沖擊防護(hù)要求。
[Abstract]:Aim in order to transport and package fragile glass products such as red wine more conveniently, to provide transport safety, and to display aesthetic and unified functions. Methods A corrugated board and B type corrugated board were selected as an example, and the lining structure was designed by using the stiffness and folding property of corrugated board. The maximum acceleration curve of the red wine bottle was obtained by the drop test of the red wine transport package. Then the solid model was established by using Pro/E software, and the drop simulation was carried out by introducing the finite element software ABAQUS, and the response acceleration curve of the package was obtained. Results the maximum acceleration in z direction is 215.33 m / s ~ (2), which is much lower than that in horizontal direction, that is, the impact buffer in z direction is better than that in horizontal direction. Compared with the drop test results, the errors are all within the acceptable range, which shows that the finite element model is reasonable and can reflect the dynamic buffering characteristics of the red wine packaging. Conclusion the lining structure is all environmental-friendly corrugated board materials, easy to be processed and formed. The good cushioning performance and packaging characteristics of corrugated board reduce the breakage rate of red wine during the transportation process. The lining structure design of the whole corrugated board not only overcomes the defects of the traditional transport packaging of red wine. Moreover, it makes up for the single structure of paper red wine packaging. The analysis of the maximum response acceleration of the product shows that the structure design can meet the impact protection requirements of red wine bottle when placed upright.
