【摘要】：電陶瓷加濕器噴桿安裝位置和噴嘴朝向?qū)訚裥Ч挠绊憜栴}進(jìn)行了探討。以數(shù)值模擬為基礎(chǔ)通過計(jì)算流體力學(xué)軟件Fluent對(duì)送回風(fēng)管路及噴桿近壁處靜壓分布進(jìn)行研究,理論分析加濕的可能性,并就分析結(jié)果的準(zhǔn)確性加以試驗(yàn)驗(yàn)證。結(jié)果表明:(1)噴桿置于回風(fēng)管中,噴嘴順流布置和噴嘴逆流布置均可實(shí)現(xiàn)加濕目的。噴嘴順流布置時(shí),隨著溫度的升高相對(duì)濕度由68.7%升高到82%。噴嘴逆流布置時(shí),隨著溫度的升高相對(duì)濕度由61.7%升高到74.6%;(2)噴桿置于送風(fēng)管路,當(dāng)加濕器內(nèi)沒有附加壓力時(shí),由于近壁處的高壓作用在傳統(tǒng)加濕器包括電陶瓷加濕器內(nèi)產(chǎn)生的處于微小正壓狀態(tài)下的蒸汽將無法噴入送風(fēng)氣流,幾乎達(dá)不到加濕目的。
[Abstract]:The influence of installation position of injection rod and nozzle orientation on humidification effect of electric ceramic humidifier is discussed. Based on the numerical simulation, the static pressure distribution of the return air pipeline and the jet rod near the wall was studied by the computational fluid dynamics software Fluent, the possibility of humidification was analyzed theoretically, and the accuracy of the analysis results was tested and verified. The results show that the nozzle downstream arrangement and the nozzle countercurrent arrangement can achieve the purpose of humidification. The relative humidity increased from 68.7% to 822 when the nozzle was arranged downstream. When the nozzle countercurrent is arranged, the relative humidity increases from 61.7% to 74.6% with the increase of temperature) the injection rod is placed in the air supply line, when there is no additional pressure in the humidifier, Because of the high pressure near the wall in the traditional humidifier, including the electric ceramic humidifier, the steam produced under the small positive pressure will not be injected into the air flow, which can hardly achieve the purpose of humidification.
