成膜因素控制的SIS膜表面環(huán)境響應(yīng)行為

【摘要】:利用和頻振動光譜、原子力顯微鏡及接觸角技術(shù)研究了不同成膜溶劑、制膜方式所得苯乙烯/異戊二烯/苯乙烯嵌段共聚物(SIS)膜的表面結(jié)構(gòu)及其對溶劑蒸氣的響應(yīng)行為.發(fā)現(xiàn)環(huán)己酮為溶劑的澆鑄膜及甲苯為溶劑的旋涂膜表面潤濕性隨環(huán)己烷和丁酮蒸氣交替處理發(fā)生變化;甲苯和環(huán)己烷為溶劑的澆鑄膜表面性質(zhì)不隨溶劑蒸氣處理而變化.原因是不同制樣條件所獲SIS膜具有不同的初始相分離結(jié)構(gòu).當(dāng)聚合物膜形成遠(yuǎn)離平衡態(tài)的相分離結(jié)構(gòu)時(shí),分子聚集態(tài)轉(zhuǎn)變的能壘較低,易于在溶劑蒸氣誘導(dǎo)下轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)樾碌慕Y(jié)構(gòu).反之,則不利于鏈構(gòu)象轉(zhuǎn)變,形成不同的聚集態(tài)結(jié)構(gòu).這將導(dǎo)致不同制備條件所得SIS膜經(jīng)溶劑蒸氣處理后形成不同的表面結(jié)構(gòu),呈現(xiàn)出各異的環(huán)境響應(yīng)行為.本研究為智能界面材料的設(shè)計(jì)和制備提供了新思路.
[Abstract]:The surface structure of styrene / isoprene / styrene block copolymers prepared by different film forming solvents and their response to solvent vapor were studied by sum-frequency vibration spectroscopy atomic force microscopy and contact angle technique. It was found that the surface wettability of the cast film with cyclohexanone as solvent and the surface wettability of spin-coating film with toluene as solvent changed with the alternating treatment of cyclohexane and butanone vapor, while the surface properties of casting film with toluene and cyclohexane as solvent did not change with the treatment of solvent vapor. The reason is that the SIS membranes obtained by different sample preparation conditions have different initial phase separation structures. When the phase separation structure of polymer membrane is far from equilibrium state, the energy barrier of molecular aggregation state transition is lower, and it is easy to change into new structure under solvent vapor induction. On the contrary, it is not conducive to the chain conformation transition and the formation of different aggregates. This will result in the formation of different surface structure and environmental response behavior of SIS films prepared by solvent vapor treatment under different preparation conditions. This study provides a new idea for the design and preparation of intelligent interface materials.
