炭黑填充天然橡膠Mullins效應的仿真與計算分析

【摘要】:通過有限元分析軟件Abaqus、Matlab數(shù)據(jù)擬合工具及單軸拉伸試驗,研究了Yeoh本構(gòu)模型、Ogden本構(gòu)模型及偽彈性理論模型對炭黑填充天然橡膠的Mullins效應仿真效果及規(guī)律。結(jié)果表明,(1)對單軸拉伸主加載曲線的擬合,Ogden模型精度更高,而Yeoh模型隨著炭黑含量的增加在小變形處的擬合效果變差;(2)提出了偽彈性參數(shù)與伸長比之間的關(guān)系,找到了一種快速計算偽彈性參數(shù)的方法,且精度良好,極大地提高了計算效率。
[Abstract]:By means of the finite element analysis software Abaqus Matlab data fitting tool and uniaxial tensile test, the simulation effect and regularity of Mullins effect of Yeoh constitutive model and pseudoelastic model on carbon black filled natural rubber were studied. The results show that the accuracy of the Ogden model is higher than that of the Yeoh model with the increase of carbon black content. The relationship between the pseudo-elastic parameters and the elongation ratio is put forward by the Yeoh model with the increase of carbon black content in the small deformation area. A fast method for calculating pseudo-elastic parameters is found, and the accuracy is good, and the calculation efficiency is greatly improved.
