隧道近距下穿老舊建筑物爆破振動(dòng)監(jiān)測(cè)及減振技術(shù)研究

【摘要】:以成渝客運(yùn)專線新紅巖隧道為工程背景,對(duì)隧道近距離下穿老舊建筑物的爆破振動(dòng)監(jiān)測(cè)方法及減振技術(shù)進(jìn)行了研究。通過(guò)對(duì)老舊建筑物的爆破振速進(jìn)行實(shí)時(shí)監(jiān)測(cè)和數(shù)據(jù)回歸分析,擬合出薩道夫斯基公式中的K,α值,優(yōu)化后續(xù)隧道爆破施工。相對(duì)于非電雷管,在裝藥量不變的情況下,采用電子雷管掏槽,振速降低50%以上,在振速、爆心距、單段藥量相同的情況下,采用電子雷管掏槽,施工進(jìn)尺增大70%。從布置減振孔、裝藥結(jié)構(gòu)、微差延遲爆破3個(gè)方面提出了爆破振動(dòng)控制技術(shù),實(shí)現(xiàn)控制爆破振動(dòng)速度在老舊建筑物的安全振速范圍以內(nèi),確保了老舊建筑物的安全。
[Abstract]:Taking the new Hongyan tunnel of the Chengdu Chongqing passenger dedicated line as the engineering background, the blasting vibration monitoring method and vibration damping technology of the old buildings near the tunnel are studied. Through the real-time monitoring and data regression analysis of the blasting vibration speed of the old buildings, the K, the alpha value of the sardowski formula is fitted out, and the follow-up tunnel blasting is optimized. Compared with the non electric detonator, the electronic detonator is used to cut the slotting with an electronic detonator to reduce the vibration speed by more than 50%. Under the condition of the speed of vibration, the detonating distance and the single dose, the electronic detonator is used to cut the slot, and the construction footage increases 70%. from the 3 aspects of the arrangement of the damping hole, the structure of the charge and the delay delay blasting, and the blasting vibration control technology is put forward. The blasting vibration speed is controlled within the safe vibration range of the old buildings to ensure the safety of the old buildings.
