【摘要】:超精密減振系統(tǒng)是精密制造、測(cè)量裝備納米級(jí)精度生成的必要保障,為了滿足超精密減振系統(tǒng)快速設(shè)計(jì)的需求,必須對(duì)現(xiàn)有的設(shè)計(jì)經(jīng)驗(yàn)及數(shù)據(jù)等進(jìn)行積累及重用,因此需要開發(fā)超精密減振系統(tǒng)專用的設(shè)計(jì)軟件,通過模型重用實(shí)現(xiàn)設(shè)計(jì)、建模及仿真過程的自動(dòng)化。 本文對(duì)超精密減振系統(tǒng)的需求進(jìn)行了分析,通過主被動(dòng)相結(jié)合的減振方式實(shí)現(xiàn)其隔振 定位的復(fù)合要求。對(duì)空氣彈簧等典型被動(dòng)隔振部件及音圈電機(jī)等主動(dòng)元件進(jìn)行了動(dòng)力學(xué)特性分析及數(shù)學(xué)建模;同時(shí),對(duì)其控制系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)分析,通過相對(duì)位移反饋實(shí)現(xiàn)垂向及水平向的位置控制,通過絕對(duì)速度反饋實(shí)現(xiàn)振動(dòng)控制。 本文通過模型重用機(jī)制實(shí)現(xiàn)減振系統(tǒng)的快速設(shè)計(jì),對(duì)減振系統(tǒng)模型的可重用性及其實(shí)現(xiàn)方法進(jìn)行了討論,選定面向?qū)ο蠹瓣愂鍪浇UZ言Modelica建立典型元件、控制算法及隔振單元的仿真模型,最終組建超精密減振系統(tǒng)模型庫,作為快速建模及仿真的基礎(chǔ)。 基于C++Builder設(shè)計(jì)了相應(yīng)的軟件平臺(tái),運(yùn)用面向?qū)ο蟮姆椒▽?duì)模型庫進(jìn)行抽象并封裝,并以友好的交互形式展現(xiàn)給用戶。用戶通過的簡(jiǎn)單操作便可完成減振系統(tǒng)構(gòu)型的設(shè)計(jì)、隔振單元的優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)以及基本模型的修改及替換。軟件平臺(tái)通過命令流腳本在Mworks平臺(tái)下自動(dòng)建立減振系統(tǒng)動(dòng)力學(xué)模型,提高設(shè)計(jì)效率。最終,通過軟件操作實(shí)現(xiàn)某減振系統(tǒng)實(shí)例的自動(dòng)化設(shè)計(jì),,驗(yàn)證了基于軟件進(jìn)行減振系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)的有效性,并通過仿真試驗(yàn)對(duì)比分析,驗(yàn)證了其模型的準(zhǔn)確性。 本文所設(shè)計(jì)的超精密減振系統(tǒng)模型庫具有開放的接口,軟件平臺(tái)使用的過程也是對(duì)該平臺(tái)進(jìn)行擴(kuò)展和完善的過程,為后續(xù)工作提供了有力的保障。
[Abstract]:Ultra-precision vibration absorber system is a necessary guarantee for precision manufacturing. In order to meet the requirement of rapid design of ultra-precision vibration absorber system, the existing design experience and data must be accumulated and reused. Therefore, it is necessary to develop a special design software for ultra-precision vibration absorption system, and to automate the process of design, modeling and simulation through model reuse. In this paper, the demand of ultra-precision vibration absorption system is analyzed, and the compound requirement of vibration isolation and positioning is realized by the combination of active and passive vibration reduction. The dynamic characteristics and mathematical modeling of typical passive vibration isolating components such as air spring and voice coil motor are analyzed, and the control system is analyzed in detail. Vertical and horizontal position control is realized by relative displacement feedback and vibration control is realized by absolute velocity feedback. In this paper, the rapid design of vibration absorption system is realized by model reuse mechanism. The reusability of the model and its implementation method are discussed. The object-oriented and declarative modeling language Modelica is selected to establish the typical components. The control algorithm and the simulation model of the vibration isolation unit are used to build the model base of the ultra-precision vibration absorption system as the foundation of the fast modeling and simulation. Based on C Builder, the corresponding software platform is designed, and the model library is abstracted and encapsulated by object-oriented method, and presented to the user in a friendly interactive form. The simple operation of the user can complete the design of the vibration absorption system configuration, the optimization design of the isolation unit and the modification and replacement of the basic model. In order to improve the design efficiency, the software platform automatically establishes the dynamic model of the damping system under the Mworks platform through the command flow script. Finally, the automation design of a vibration absorption system is realized by software operation, and the validity of the design based on software is verified, and the accuracy of the model is verified by the comparison and analysis of simulation experiments. The model base of ultra-precision vibration absorption system designed in this paper has an open interface, and the process of using software platform is also a process of extending and perfecting the platform, which provides a strong guarantee for the follow-up work.
