噪聲監(jiān)測系統(tǒng)傳聲器的溫度特性實驗研究

【摘要】:針對溫度變化引起傳聲器性能改變,導(dǎo)致噪聲測量結(jié)果出現(xiàn)誤差的問題。該文在研究現(xiàn)有性能評價方法和戶外傳聲器結(jié)構(gòu)的基礎(chǔ)上,討論溫度對傳聲器膜片張力的影響因素,然后對電容傳聲器膜片進行熱應(yīng)變有限元分析,并選用3只不同傳聲器進行溫度環(huán)境實驗,得出在實驗溫度范圍-20~50℃內(nèi),傳聲器靈敏度和頻響隨溫度變化的特性曲線。實驗表明:有限元結(jié)果與環(huán)境實驗結(jié)果相結(jié)合,對戶外傳聲器的設(shè)計制造和使用具有一定的理論指導(dǎo)意義。
[Abstract]:The change of microphone performance caused by temperature change leads to the error of noise measurement results. On the basis of studying the existing performance evaluation methods and the structure of outdoor microphone, this paper discusses the influence factors of temperature on the tension of the diaphragm of microphone, and then carries out thermal strain finite element analysis on the diaphragm of capacitive microphone. Three different microphones were selected to carry out the temperature environment experiments, and the characteristic curves of the sensitivity and frequency response of the microphone varied with the temperature in the experimental temperature range of -20 ~ 50 鈩,
