含鍍層薄膜中的尺寸效應(yīng)和包辛格效應(yīng)研究

【摘要】:為了研究界面與位錯(cuò)相互作用對(duì)材料塑性行為的影響,建立了基于位錯(cuò)機(jī)制的晶體塑性理論。通過(guò)引入描述位錯(cuò)運(yùn)動(dòng)的微觀平衡方程和幾何必需位錯(cuò)對(duì)塑性變形的2種硬化機(jī)制,模擬了含鍍層薄膜中的尺寸效應(yīng)和包辛格效應(yīng)。結(jié)果表明:鍍層會(huì)引起附近位錯(cuò)的塞積,塞積的位錯(cuò)會(huì)增強(qiáng)硬化從而產(chǎn)生尺寸效應(yīng),并且在卸載過(guò)程中不均勻的應(yīng)力分布會(huì)使得局部較早地產(chǎn)生反向塑性變形,引起包辛格效應(yīng)。另一方面,通過(guò)將應(yīng)力-應(yīng)變曲線與實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果對(duì)比發(fā)現(xiàn),硬化主要是由位錯(cuò)相互作用產(chǎn)生的背應(yīng)力引起的而不是滑移阻力。
[Abstract]:In order to study the effect of interface and dislocation interaction on the plastic behavior of materials, the crystal plasticity theory based on dislocation mechanism is established. By introducing the micro equilibrium equation describing dislocation motion and the 2 hardening mechanisms of the geometric necessary dislocation to the plastic deformation, the size effect and Basinger effect in the film containing the coating are simulated. The deposit will cause the accumulation of the dislocation in the vicinity, the dislocation of the plug will increase the hardening and thus produce the size effect, and the uneven stress distribution in the unloading process will cause the local reverse plastic deformation early to cause the Basinger effect. On the other hand, by comparing the stress stress curve to the experimental results, it is found that the hardening is mainly caused by the experimental results. Dislocation interaction produces back stress rather than slip resistance.
