膠體化泥漿化學(xué)固液的分離

【摘要】:為解決廢棄鉆井泥漿固-液兩相難分離的問(wèn)題,利用具有高黏度的高分子凝聚劑對(duì)泥漿體系進(jìn)行膠體化處理,使泥漿由流體轉(zhuǎn)化為凍狀膠態(tài),通過(guò)化學(xué)膠體的破膠與聚沉作用、酸化破膠及無(wú)機(jī)助凝的過(guò)程,實(shí)現(xiàn)廢棄泥漿的固液分離.通過(guò)場(chǎng)發(fā)射掃描電子顯微鏡對(duì)泥餅的表面形貌進(jìn)行了分析.結(jié)果表明:泥漿分離效果由凝聚劑、酸化劑以及助凝劑的類(lèi)型與投加量決定,當(dāng)有機(jī)成膠劑為A-PA、破膠劑為H20、無(wú)機(jī)助凝劑為Ca(OH)2,且投加量分別為0.375 g、0.5 g和15.0 g時(shí),鉆井泥漿固液分離效果最好,泥餅的固相質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)(固含量)由44.5%提高到80.5%.
[Abstract]:In order to solve the problem that solid-liquid two phases are difficult to separate from waste drilling mud, the slurry system is treated with high viscosity polymer coagulant. The slurry is transformed from fluid to frozen colloid state, and the gel breaking and coalescence of chemical colloid are adopted. Acidification of gel breaking and inorganic coagulation process to achieve solid-liquid separation of waste mud. The surface morphology of mud cake was analyzed by field emission scanning electron microscope. The results showed that the slurry separation effect was determined by the type and dosage of coagulant, acidifier and coagulant. When the organic gelling agent was A-PAA, the gel breaker was H20 and the inorganic coagulant was CaOH _ (2), the dosage was 0.375 g / g and 15.0 g, respectively. The solid liquid separation effect of drilling mud is the best, and the solid content of mud cake is increased from 44.5% to 80.5%.
