基于結(jié)構(gòu)相似度的無參考遙感圖像質(zhì)量評價

【摘要】:在深入研究遙感圖像與普通圖像差別的基礎(chǔ)上,對結(jié)構(gòu)相似度算法進行改進,提出了一種新的無參考遙感圖像質(zhì)量評價方法。首先,采用非下采樣輪廓波變換進行多尺度分解,將子圖像進行K-means邊緣檢測及細化融合,最終得到邊緣區(qū)域。采用一階偏導有限差分計算遙感圖像的梯度幅值,設(shè)置兩個閾值,將滿足區(qū)間的像素提取出來得到紋理區(qū)域。然后,使用邊緣計算對比度分量,紋理計算結(jié)構(gòu)相似度分量,對SSIM進行改進得到ET_SSIM方法。最后,采用"再降質(zhì)"的方式構(gòu)造出參考圖像,將邊緣紋理區(qū)域與平滑區(qū)域分開評價,ET_SSIM對邊緣紋理區(qū)域評價,SSIM對平滑區(qū)域評價,根據(jù)人眼對邊緣紋理及平滑區(qū)域的不同重視程度加權(quán)求平均,得到最終結(jié)果 VSSIM。實驗結(jié)果證明,本文方法 VSSIM與主觀評價值的線性相關(guān)度相對于MSE、PSNR、SSIM、GSSIM、BLIINDS-Ⅱ方法分別提高了22.2%,6.2%,0.8%,0.2%,1.3%。
[Abstract]:On the basis of deeply studying the difference between remote sensing image and common image, the structure similarity algorithm is improved, and a new method for evaluating the quality of remote sensing image without reference is proposed. Firstly, the non-downsampling contour wave transform is used to decompose the sub-image to K-means edge detection and thinning fusion, and finally the edge region is obtained. The gradient amplitude of remote sensing image is calculated by the first order partial derivative finite-difference method and two thresholds are set to extract the pixels satisfying the interval to obtain the texture region. Then, the contrast component is computed by edge and the structural similarity component is calculated by texture, and the ET_SSIM method is obtained by improving SSIM. Finally, the reference image is constructed by "re-degradation", and the edge texture area is evaluated separately from the smooth area. The final result of VSSIMM is obtained by weighted averaging according to the different emphasis on edge texture and smooth region.
