挖掘機(jī)形態(tài)符號化生成方法研究

【摘要】:隨著社會現(xiàn)代化的進(jìn)步、城市化進(jìn)程的加快,挖掘機(jī)產(chǎn)品的市場日益擴(kuò)大。我國產(chǎn)品在國際市場上缺乏競爭力;究其原因是在挖掘機(jī)設(shè)計(jì)研發(fā)過程中過多的重視高技術(shù)的應(yīng)用和多功能的要求,從而忽視了對產(chǎn)品符號學(xué)的思考以及對產(chǎn)品形態(tài)符號化生成方法的研究。 本文以設(shè)計(jì)符號學(xué)為理論基礎(chǔ),以研究挖掘機(jī)形態(tài)符號化生產(chǎn)方法為出發(fā)點(diǎn),從造型符號化、材質(zhì)符號化、色彩符號化以及設(shè)計(jì)原則等方面來分析總結(jié)出挖掘機(jī)產(chǎn)品的形態(tài)符號的生成規(guī)律,構(gòu)建出挖掘機(jī)形態(tài)符號化過程的方法模型,并將此設(shè)計(jì)方法運(yùn)用到挖掘機(jī)產(chǎn)品形態(tài)設(shè)計(jì)中,最后用實(shí)際案例來驗(yàn)證這一研究成果的可行性。 本文以挖掘機(jī)形態(tài)“符號”作為產(chǎn)品功能傳遞與情感表達(dá)的載體,試圖擺脫挖掘機(jī)以往冰冷機(jī)械的形象,改善人與產(chǎn)品及環(huán)境三者之間的互動性,使產(chǎn)品更具有“人性化”、更符合用戶的心理需求。挖掘機(jī)形態(tài)符號化生成方法研究是對人機(jī)關(guān)系的思考,是對人性關(guān)懷的體現(xiàn)。在未來挖掘機(jī)產(chǎn)品形態(tài)設(shè)計(jì)開發(fā)中,將產(chǎn)品形態(tài)符號化的生產(chǎn)方法與原有基于技術(shù)平臺的設(shè)計(jì)方法相結(jié)合,使產(chǎn)品達(dá)到技術(shù)與藝術(shù)的高度融合。
[Abstract]:With the progress of social modernization and the acceleration of urbanization, the market of excavator products is expanding day by day.The lack of competitiveness of our products in the international market is due to the excessive emphasis on high-tech applications and multifunctional requirements in the design and development of excavators.Therefore, the thinking of product semiotics and the research of product form symbolic generation method are ignored.Based on the theory of design semiotics and the research of the symbolic production method of excavator, this paper starts from the symbolic modeling and material symbolization.From the aspects of color symbolization and design principles, this paper analyzes and sums up the rules of the formation of morphological symbols of excavator products, constructs the method model of the process of morphological symbolization of excavators, and applies this design method to the shape design of excavator products.Finally, the feasibility of this research result is verified by a practical case.In this paper, the form "symbol" of excavator is used as the carrier of function transmission and emotion expression of the product, in order to get rid of the image of cold machine in the past, to improve the interaction among people, product and environment, and to make the product more "humanized".More in line with the psychological needs of users.The research on symbolic generating method of excavator form is a reflection of man-machine relationship and a reflection of human care.In the future design and development of excavator product form, the production method of product form symbolization is combined with the original design method based on technology platform, so that the product can achieve a high level of integration of technology and art.
