負(fù)載鎳聚偏氟乙烯混合膜的制備及其活化過硫酸鈉降解酸性紫FBL

【摘要】:采用溶解-相轉(zhuǎn)化法制備負(fù)載鎳的聚偏氟乙烯混合膜,利用掃描電鏡、熱重和X射線衍射對(duì)膜進(jìn)行表征。以酸性紫FBL為目標(biāo)污染物,比較不同體系降解性能,研究了膜活化過硫酸鈉降解酸性紫FBL的性能?疾炝诉^硫酸鈉氧化劑濃度和初始污染物濃度對(duì)酸性紫FBL降解的影響,并進(jìn)行膜重復(fù)實(shí)驗(yàn)使用性能測(cè)試。結(jié)果表明:氧化劑的濃度、初始污染物濃度均與降解效果有關(guān);活化劑重復(fù)使用4次,降解150min,酸性紫FBL降解率仍達(dá)90.3%。同時(shí)用紫外光譜考察酸性紫FBL的降解過程。
[Abstract]:Poly (vinylidene fluoride) mixed films loaded with nickel were prepared by dissolution-phase inversion method. The films were characterized by scanning electron microscopy, thermogravimetry and X-ray diffraction.The degradation of acid violet (FBL) by membrane activated sodium persulfate was studied by comparing the degradation performance of different systems with acid violet FBL as the target pollutant.The effects of sodium persulfate oxidant concentration and initial pollutant concentration on the degradation of acid violet FBL were investigated.The results showed that the concentration of oxidant and the initial concentration of pollutants were all related to the degradation effect, and the degradation rate of acid violet FBL was still 90.3% when the activator was reused for 4 times and degraded for 150 min.At the same time, the degradation process of acid violet FBL was investigated by UV spectrum.
