【摘要】:鋼材作為一種原材料,在生產(chǎn)建設(shè)中具有重要作用。鋼材打包是鋼材生產(chǎn)的重要環(huán)節(jié),而鎖扣的力學(xué)性能對鋼材的打包質(zhì)量起關(guān)鍵作用。針對我國鋼材打包機(jī)種類少、造價貴等問題,研制出一種多功能、高效率、低消耗的包裝設(shè)備具有重要的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義和經(jīng)濟(jì)價值。本文提出了一種新型鋼材打包機(jī)的鎖扣方式,并對打包機(jī)的關(guān)鍵技術(shù)進(jìn)行了分析研究,最終完成了打包機(jī)的整體設(shè)計。本課題的主要研究內(nèi)容如下:(1)對包裝機(jī)械行業(yè)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了簡單介紹,確立了本課題的主要內(nèi)容是對免扣無反扣打包機(jī)工作頭核心技術(shù)的討論研究。(2)制定了全自動免扣無反扣打包機(jī)的性能參數(shù),通過分析工藝流程,確定了打包機(jī)的主要組成部分。(3)詳細(xì)研究了工作頭的鎖扣機(jī)構(gòu)。完成了鎖扣機(jī)構(gòu)的結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計、力學(xué)分析,用Adams軟件對機(jī)構(gòu)進(jìn)行了運(yùn)動仿真,以此優(yōu)化了機(jī)構(gòu)的主要參數(shù);通過對咬刀刀刃的設(shè)計,討論了鎖扣的防脫方案,最后完成了咬刀所需剪切力的計算。(4)研究了免扣無反扣的力學(xué)性能。以理論分析為基礎(chǔ),用Abaqus軟件對鎖扣進(jìn)行了受力仿真,得到了鎖扣的力學(xué)特性以及連接強(qiáng)度,通過與其它鎖扣方式的連接強(qiáng)度比較,驗(yàn)證了免扣無反扣力學(xué)性能的優(yōu)越性。(5)設(shè)計了設(shè)備的控制系統(tǒng)。通過對打包機(jī)工藝流程的詳細(xì)分析,完成對各個執(zhí)行元件邏輯關(guān)聯(lián)的設(shè)定,設(shè)計了控制系統(tǒng)邏輯關(guān)系圖、電氣原理圖、邏輯流程圖。最終將工藝流程分為確定的獨(dú)立功能模塊,實(shí)現(xiàn)控制系統(tǒng)模塊化設(shè)計。
[Abstract]:As a kind of raw material, steel plays an important role in production and construction.Steel packaging is an important part of steel production, and the mechanical properties of locking play a key role in the quality of steel packaging.In view of the problems such as few kinds of steel baling machines and expensive cost in our country, it is of great practical significance and economic value to develop a kind of multifunctional, high efficiency and low consumption packaging equipment.In this paper, a new locking mode of steel packing machine is put forward, and the key technology of the packing machine is analyzed and studied. Finally, the whole design of the packing machine is completed.The main research contents of this subject are as follows: (1) the present situation of packaging machinery industry is briefly introduced.The main content of this subject is to discuss and study the core technology of the working head of the no-buckling and non-buckling baling machine. (2) the performance parameters of the automatic no-buckling and non-buckling baling machine are formulated, and the technological process is analyzed.The main component of the baling machine is determined. (3) the locking mechanism of the working head is studied in detail.The structural design and mechanical analysis of the locking mechanism are completed, and the kinematic simulation of the mechanism is carried out by using Adams software to optimize the main parameters of the mechanism, and through the design of the knife blade, the anti-slip scheme of the locking mechanism is discussed.Finally, the calculation of the shear force required for the biting knife is completed. (4) the mechanical properties of the non-buckling without backbuckling are studied.Based on the theoretical analysis, the mechanical characteristics and connection strength of the locking are obtained by using the Abaqus software to simulate the mechanical properties of the locking, and the connection strength is compared with that of other locking modes.The superiority of the mechanical properties of no-buckling is verified. 5) the control system of the equipment is designed.Through the detailed analysis of the process flow of the baling machine, the logic relation diagram of the control system, the electrical schematic diagram and the logic flow chart are designed.Finally, the process is divided into determined independent functional modules to achieve the modular design of the control system.
