考慮溫度因素的磁流變減振器的優(yōu)化設(shè)計與實驗

【摘要】:磁流變(Magneto-Rheological,MR)減振器在運(yùn)行過程中,會出現(xiàn)阻尼力隨溫度升高而下降的現(xiàn)象,為了在不同溫度下都能輸出足夠的阻尼力,在結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計時考慮溫度因素至關(guān)重要。為此,引入了評價系數(shù),對較高溫度下MR減振器是否有能力輸出足夠的阻尼力進(jìn)行衡量,并與MR減振器的最大阻尼力和動態(tài)范圍作為優(yōu)化目標(biāo)。利用有限元方法獲得了工作區(qū)域的磁感應(yīng)強(qiáng)度,并采用響應(yīng)面法建立二階預(yù)測模型描述了磁感應(yīng)強(qiáng)度與結(jié)構(gòu)參數(shù)之間的非線性關(guān)系;結(jié)合非支配遺傳算法(Non-dominated Sorting Genetic AlgorithmⅡ,NSGAⅡ)對MR減振器的進(jìn)行了多目標(biāo)優(yōu)化設(shè)計,根據(jù)優(yōu)化結(jié)果設(shè)計制造了磁流變減振器,并進(jìn)行了試驗測試,驗證了設(shè)計方案的有效性。
[Abstract]:In order to output enough damping force at different temperature, it is very important to consider the temperature factor in the design of the structure in order to reduce the damping force with the increase of temperature during the operation of the magnetorheological Mr absorber.Therefore, an evaluation coefficient is introduced to measure whether the Mr absorber is capable of outputting enough damping force at higher temperature, and the optimal target is the maximum damping force and the dynamic range of the Mr absorber.The finite element method is used to obtain the magnetic induction intensity in the working region, and the second-order prediction model is established by using the response surface method to describe the nonlinear relationship between the magnetic flux intensity and the structural parameters.Combined with non-dominated Sorting Genetic Algorithm 鈪,
