【摘要】：目的檢測(cè)非PVC儲(chǔ)液軟包的密封性,提出合理檢測(cè)儲(chǔ)液軟包是否滲漏的判別標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。方法對(duì)樣品在外界壓力作用下壓強(qiáng)的變化進(jìn)行理論分析,并利用一種非PVC復(fù)合膜儲(chǔ)液軟袋滲漏檢測(cè)的實(shí)驗(yàn)裝置對(duì)同一批次、規(guī)格相同的300個(gè)樣品進(jìn)行實(shí)驗(yàn),對(duì)完好樣品和滲漏樣品的實(shí)驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行正態(tài)擬合,用數(shù)學(xué)統(tǒng)計(jì)的方法對(duì)合格樣品的壓降數(shù)據(jù)分布情況進(jìn)行分析。結(jié)果在受相同壓力的情況下,完好樣品的壓力下降小于滲漏樣品的壓力下降。結(jié)論在保壓期間,如果樣本壓力下降值在11.31~34.68 N,可以判斷出樣品為合格樣品,否則為滲漏樣品。
[Abstract]:Objective to detect PVC sealing liquid storage pouch, liquid storage bag is put forward reasonable detection criterion of leakage. Changes of samples under the action of external pressure pressure of the theoretical analysis and experimental device using a non PVC soft bag composite film liquid leakage detection of a batch of the same specification, 300 samples the same experiment, the experimental data of intact samples and leakage samples were normal fitting, analyze the distribution of the pressure drop data of qualified samples by the method of mathematical statistics. Results under the same pressure, the pressure drop is less than the intact sample sample leakage pressure drop. In conclusion during packing, if the sample the pressure drop in the 11.31~34.68 N, can be judged as qualified samples or samples, sample leakage.
