【摘要】:由于個性化需求的發(fā)展,多品種、單件小批量已逐漸成為主流生產(chǎn)方式,這類產(chǎn)品因為制造工藝復(fù)雜、涉及的制造單位很多,或者有的產(chǎn)品可能會邊生產(chǎn)邊改進,因此在生產(chǎn)過程中常常會出現(xiàn)意外情況導(dǎo)致生產(chǎn)進度不能按時完成。設(shè)計了進度延遲petri網(wǎng)模型(Production Schedule Delay Petri Net,PSDPN),當(dāng)某工序的實際生產(chǎn)進度發(fā)生延遲時,基于PSDPN模型對后面加工工序進行推理仿真,來推理后面哪些加工工序的進度受到了影響,仿真結(jié)果幫助提醒生產(chǎn)管理人員對相關(guān)工序進行趕工來保證產(chǎn)品在交貨期之前順利完成。
[Abstract]:As a result of the development of individualized demand, many varieties and small batches have gradually become the mainstream mode of production. Because of the complexity of the manufacturing process, there are many manufacturing units involved in these products, or some products may be improved while producing.As a result, unexpected situations often occur in the production process, resulting in production progress is not completed on time.A schedule delay petri net model is designed for production Schedule Delay Petri net. When the actual production schedule of a certain process is delayed, the reasoning simulation is carried out based on the PSDPN model to infer which of the latter processing processes have been affected.The simulation results help to remind production managers to rush the process to ensure that the product is completed before the due date.
