地鐵隧道掘進(jìn)下穿BRT車站爆破振動(dòng)效應(yīng)研究

【摘要】:以烏魯木齊地鐵1號(hào)線中營工—鐵路局區(qū)間隧道施工為背景,研究了隧道爆破開挖對(duì)其上方BRT車站的振動(dòng)影響�;诂F(xiàn)場監(jiān)測,分析了爆破振動(dòng)對(duì)爆源上方的影響范圍,比較分析了CRD法施工時(shí)各部分爆破開挖對(duì)車站基礎(chǔ)振動(dòng)峰值大小和頻譜特征,基于監(jiān)測結(jié)果優(yōu)化了爆破施工方案。通過以上研究,得出如下結(jié)論:爆破振動(dòng)對(duì)爆源上方地表前后10m范圍影響最為顯著;CRD法施工時(shí),第1步工序開挖爆破振動(dòng)影響顯著;隧道掘進(jìn),掏槽爆破引起的振動(dòng)顯著增強(qiáng),選擇合理的掏槽結(jié)構(gòu)形式、爆破參數(shù)等,是淺埋隧道開挖中控制爆破振動(dòng)的關(guān)鍵。
[Abstract]:Based on the tunnel construction in the section of Zhongying and Railway Bureau of Urumqi Metro Line 1, the effect of blasting excavation on the vibration of BRT station above it is studied.Based on site monitoring, the influence range of blasting vibration on the top of blasting source is analyzed, and the peak value and frequency spectrum characteristics of each part of blasting excavation to the vibration of station foundation during the construction of CRD method are compared and analyzed. Based on the monitoring results, the blasting construction scheme is optimized.Through the above research, the following conclusions are drawn: blasting vibration has the most significant effect on the front and rear 10 m range above the blasting source. In the first step of construction, the blasting vibration in the first step of excavation is significant, and the vibration caused by tunneling and cutting blasting is significantly enhanced.Choosing reasonable cutting structure and blasting parameters is the key to control blasting vibration in shallow tunnel excavation.
