年產(chǎn)10000噸結(jié)晶木糖醇的車間設(shè)計(jì)

【摘要】:木糖醇在食品行業(yè)中是一種重要的甜味劑,本身具有其它甜味劑所不可替代的作用,如甜度高、防齲齒、人體內(nèi)代謝不增加血糖和尿糖等,其獨(dú)特的生理活性和優(yōu)越性在眾多領(lǐng)域內(nèi)被廣泛使用。當(dāng)今木糖醇的主要獲取方式是化學(xué)合成法,但工藝有待改進(jìn)使其更經(jīng)濟(jì)、環(huán)保。隨著全世界人民生活水平的不斷提高,木糖醇國(guó)內(nèi)外市場(chǎng)與日俱增,且國(guó)內(nèi)80%木糖醇產(chǎn)量用于出口,內(nèi)銷量甚少,國(guó)內(nèi)市場(chǎng)發(fā)展也潛力巨大。當(dāng)今國(guó)內(nèi)單年產(chǎn)10000噸結(jié)晶木糖醇企業(yè)少,關(guān)于木糖醇的工藝和性質(zhì)研究已有一定成果,但針對(duì)其生產(chǎn)車間的設(shè)計(jì)卻鮮有報(bào)道,為此,本設(shè)計(jì)進(jìn)行了年產(chǎn)10000噸結(jié)晶木糖醇的生產(chǎn)車間設(shè)計(jì),另有副產(chǎn)品約44%濃度的液體木糖醇300噸左右,以為其以后的工廠建設(shè)提供參考。本設(shè)計(jì)采購(gòu)木糖加氫制取木糖醇,加入制純水工藝提供制醇工藝用水,在發(fā)展綠色產(chǎn)業(yè)的同時(shí),大大提高了產(chǎn)量和產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量。此外,以木糖為原料可使廢水排放量大幅度減少,有機(jī)污染物濃度也大幅降低。在結(jié)晶過(guò)程,使用物料補(bǔ)償性連續(xù)真空結(jié)晶的工藝,減少結(jié)晶時(shí)間,使得產(chǎn)品無(wú)論外形還是內(nèi)在品質(zhì)都有較大的的提高。工藝生產(chǎn)實(shí)行自動(dòng)化控制,只產(chǎn)生少量廢水,節(jié)約能耗,有利于環(huán)境保護(hù)。本設(shè)計(jì)在參考工廠實(shí)際情況、查閱了大量文獻(xiàn)以及各項(xiàng)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的基礎(chǔ)上,進(jìn)行了工藝探討,并在此后進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的物料衡算、熱量衡算、主要設(shè)備的設(shè)計(jì)和選型。另在完成了設(shè)計(jì)說(shuō)明的基礎(chǔ)上,繪制了生產(chǎn)車間的工藝流程圖、生產(chǎn)車間平面布置圖和生產(chǎn)車間立面圖,此外,本設(shè)計(jì)在2D車間平面圖的基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)生產(chǎn)一車間進(jìn)行3D車間設(shè)計(jì),并利用3D打印技術(shù)打印出車間概念模型,使得設(shè)備、管道的布置更為直觀。經(jīng)核算,改項(xiàng)目總投資預(yù)計(jì)7910萬(wàn)元,年利潤(rùn)可達(dá)2886.78萬(wàn)元,產(chǎn)量盈虧平衡點(diǎn)為1229.86噸,僅為設(shè)計(jì)能力的12.30%,且經(jīng)營(yíng)安全率高,3年內(nèi)可達(dá)到投資回收。
[Abstract]:Xylitol in the food industry is a kind of important sweetening agent, sweetening agent itself has other irreplaceable role, such as high sweetness, anti caries, human body metabolism does not increase blood glucose and urine glucose, its unique physiological activity and superiority has been widely used in many fields. The main way to get the xylitol is the chemical synthesis method, but the process needs to be improved to make it more economic and environmental protection. People all over the world with the continuous improvement of living standards, the market at home and abroad and domestic xylitol xylitol production grow with each passing day, 80% for export, sales in the domestic market has little development potential. The annual output of 10000 tons of single crystalline xylitol enterprise, technology and the nature of existing research on xylitol results, but the design for the production workshop are rarely reported. Therefore, the design of the annual output of 10000 tons of crystalline xylitol production workshop Design, another by-product of about 44% concentration of liquid xylitol 300 tons, so as to provide a reference for the future construction of the factory. The design procurement of xylose hydrogenation to produce xylitol, process for preparing purified water for adding alcohol in the process water, the development of green industry at the same time, greatly improving the yield and quality of products. In addition, using xylose as raw material the wastewater discharge amount is greatly reduced, the concentration of organic pollutants is significantly reduced. In the crystallization process, the process of vacuum material using compensatory continuous crystallization, crystallization time was reduced, making the product regardless of appearance or internal quality are greatly improved. The production process automation control, only a small amount of water, saving energy, is conducive to the protection of the environment. The design of the reference plant actual situation, access to a large number of documents and the standards on the basis of the study process, and then in detail The material balance, heat balance, the design and selection of main equipment. The other upon completion of the design on the drawing process flow diagram of production workshop, workshop layout drawings and production workshop elevation, in addition, the design based on 2D workshop plans on the design of the 3D Workshop on production a workshop, and the use of 3D printing technology to print out the workshop concept model, the equipment, pipeline layout is more intuitive. After accounting reform project is expected to total investment 79 million 100 thousand yuan, annual profit of 28 million 867 thousand and 800 yuan, the yield of the breakeven point is 1229.86 tons, only 12.30% of the design capacity, and safe operation rate is high, 3 years can be achieved within the investment recovery.
