集成供應(yīng)商選擇的產(chǎn)品族設(shè)計多目標優(yōu)化方法

【摘要】:為了滿足快速多變的顧客需求和不斷細分的市場環(huán)境,產(chǎn)品族技術(shù)在飛機、汽車、船舶、電子產(chǎn)品、軟件等行業(yè)得到了越來越廣泛的應(yīng)用,成為了實現(xiàn)大規(guī)模定制的有效方法和核心技術(shù)之一。在產(chǎn)品開發(fā)初期,將供應(yīng)商選擇問題集成到產(chǎn)品族設(shè)計中可以有效地節(jié)省生產(chǎn)成本、減少設(shè)計更改。本文在綜述了國內(nèi)外最新相關(guān)研究文獻的基礎(chǔ)上針對當前研究的不足,就集成供應(yīng)商選擇的產(chǎn)品族設(shè)計問題進行了深入研究,取得了一些重要的研究成果,且研究成果已發(fā)表和錄用在多篇SCI國際期刊上。本研究的創(chuàng)新性研究成果主要包括以下幾個方面:(1)建立了以最大化產(chǎn)品族市場利潤、最小化產(chǎn)品族生產(chǎn)風險以及最小化供應(yīng)商交貨時間為目標的集成供應(yīng)商選擇的產(chǎn)品族設(shè)計方案評估模型和優(yōu)化模型,從而使決策者可以根據(jù)其偏好和要求來從多角度對產(chǎn)品族設(shè)計和供應(yīng)商選擇的聯(lián)合優(yōu)化方案進行綜合評估和篩選;(2)在集成供應(yīng)商選擇的產(chǎn)品族設(shè)計優(yōu)化模型中,采用了條件分對數(shù)(Multinominal Logit, MNL)顧客選擇規(guī)則來描述顧客選擇行為,避免了傳統(tǒng)確定性顧客選擇規(guī)則的缺點,從而可以更精準地模擬顧客對產(chǎn)品的購買行為。同時,MNL選擇規(guī)則也可以通過參數(shù)設(shè)置退化轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)榇_定性選擇規(guī)則,這使得本文的優(yōu)化模型更具準確性和普適性;(3)供應(yīng)商往往會對產(chǎn)品零部件的報價采取一定的折扣政策來吸引企業(yè)購買其零部件,這種情況可能會影響到供應(yīng)商選擇的結(jié)果和產(chǎn)品族設(shè)計方案的選取。為了使本文的優(yōu)化問題更符合實際情況,在上述建立的優(yōu)化模型中考慮了供應(yīng)商的部件報價折扣對集成供應(yīng)商選擇的產(chǎn)品族設(shè)計優(yōu)化結(jié)果的影響:(4)針對本文建立的數(shù)學模型的特點,設(shè)計了NSGA-Ⅱ算法來對多目標優(yōu)化模型進行求解。最后,結(jié)合實際應(yīng)用案例對本文中的算法和模型進行了相關(guān)數(shù)值實驗,并對實驗結(jié)果進行了分析和總結(jié),提供了一些有價值的管理啟示。
[Abstract]:In order to meet the needs of customers and the market environment, product family technology has been more and more widely used in aircraft, automobile, ship, electronic products, software and other industries.It has become one of the effective methods and core technologies to realize mass customization.In the early stage of product development, the integration of supplier selection problem into product family design can effectively save production cost and reduce design changes.On the basis of summarizing the latest research literature at home and abroad, aiming at the deficiency of the current research, this paper makes a deep research on the product family design of integrated supplier selection, and obtains some important research results.And the research results have been published and employed in a number of SCI international journals.The innovative research results of this study mainly include the following aspects: 1) to maximize the market profits of product families.Product family design evaluation model and optimization model for integrated supplier selection with the objective of minimizing product family production risk and minimizing supplier delivery time.Therefore, according to their preferences and requirements, the decision makers can comprehensively evaluate and screen the joint optimization schemes of product family design and supplier selection from multiple angles in the product family design optimization model of integrated supplier selection.The conditional logarithmic Multininal Logitys (MNL-based) customer selection rules are used to describe the customer selection behavior, which avoids the shortcomings of the traditional deterministic customer selection rules and thus can more accurately simulate the customer's purchase behavior.At the same time, MNL selection rules can also degenerate into deterministic selection rules through parameter setting.This makes the optimization model of this paper more accurate and universal. Suppliers often take a discount policy on the price of product parts to attract enterprises to buy their parts.This situation may affect the selection of suppliers and product family design options.In order to make the optimization problem in this paper more in line with the actual situation,In the above optimization model, the influence of component quotation discount of supplier on the optimization result of product family selected by integrated supplier is considered.
