靜態(tài)破碎劑體積膨脹率變化的試驗分析

【摘要】:通過保持水溫恒定,采用靜定破碎劑的膨脹性能試驗方法,分析了不同水劑比對靜態(tài)破碎劑體積膨脹率及其反應(yīng)溫度的影響。結(jié)果表明:水溫恒定時,靜態(tài)破碎劑溶液反應(yīng)停滯時間及達(dá)到的最高溫度隨著水劑比的變化而改變,即水劑比越大,反應(yīng)溫度達(dá)到100℃時的停滯時間越長且反應(yīng)總時間是增大的,但達(dá)到最高的溫度反而越小。同時在體積膨化階段,膨脹變化時間隨著水劑比的增大而縮短。
