【摘要】：傳統(tǒng)手工技藝在商品經(jīng)濟(jì)的沖擊下活力日漸消彌,但隨著全球性文化遺產(chǎn)發(fā)掘和保護(hù)熱潮的興起,傳統(tǒng)手工技藝又再一次走入了人們的視野中。我國(guó)歷史悠久,各類文化遺產(chǎn)不勝枚舉,成為中華民族“驕傲”的資本,但時(shí)至今日,大部分卻面臨著無(wú)以為繼的困境。造成這種困境的原因主要有生態(tài)環(huán)境的變化、商品經(jīng)濟(jì)的沖擊、古法工藝的傳承等因素。安徽涇縣的傳統(tǒng)宣紙制造技藝于2006年被國(guó)家列入非物質(zhì)文化遺產(chǎn)名錄中,但同樣也面臨著嚴(yán)峻的生存與發(fā)展困境。本文從非物質(zhì)文化遺產(chǎn)的保護(hù)角度看待我國(guó)傳統(tǒng)手工藝傳承與發(fā)展,以保護(hù)涇縣紅星宣紙為目的,以包裝防偽設(shè)計(jì)為切入點(diǎn),試圖探索一條適合其發(fā)展的創(chuàng)新之路。本文在了解各國(guó)非物質(zhì)文化遺產(chǎn)的保護(hù)措施和分析傳統(tǒng)手工藝類非物質(zhì)文化遺產(chǎn)的現(xiàn)狀的基礎(chǔ)上,通過(guò)實(shí)地考察、文獻(xiàn)研讀,對(duì)紅星宣紙的起源、發(fā)展以及現(xiàn)狀做出了相對(duì)完善的歸納整理。從原料短缺、人工缺乏、機(jī)械化時(shí)代沖擊、市場(chǎng)秩序混亂等四個(gè)方面分析了阻滯宣紙技藝傳承與發(fā)展的原因。結(jié)合常見(jiàn)的防偽手段,從文字、圖形色彩三方面進(jìn)行具體防偽方案研究,在優(yōu)化防偽性能的同時(shí)重點(diǎn)突出品牌文化性,強(qiáng)調(diào)“紅星宣紙”作為非物質(zhì)文化遺產(chǎn)的傳承性,更具特色地提出針對(duì)“紅星宣紙”的防偽包裝設(shè)計(jì)構(gòu)思。在理論闡釋的基礎(chǔ)上,本文提出了一些具體的防偽設(shè)計(jì)策略與方法,比如:在文字設(shè)計(jì)方面,將名家為企業(yè)所題寫的字進(jìn)行拓印、變形、再設(shè)計(jì),運(yùn)用于新包裝上以增強(qiáng)辨識(shí)度;圖形設(shè)計(jì)上,利用定制的光敏或熱敏油墨,印刷出具有宣紙制作技藝代表性的“108道工序圖”;包裝結(jié)構(gòu)上采取毀壞性包裝,其撕毀路線原型可以根據(jù)宣紙制作技藝中的“牽紙”步驟進(jìn)行演變;包裝銘牌紋樣以青檀樹葉為依據(jù),為提高防偽性能定制為獨(dú)特的左五右四造型葉瓣,青檀樹葉下方刻上數(shù)字與字母結(jié)合的代碼,每一個(gè)數(shù)字和字母都代表著相應(yīng)的車間與生產(chǎn)日期;等等。本文沒(méi)有停留于純粹的“設(shè)計(jì)歷史與理論”研究,而是結(jié)合紅星宣紙包裝設(shè)計(jì)的現(xiàn)狀,力所能及地提出了一些包裝防偽創(chuàng)新設(shè)計(jì)的思路、創(chuàng)意和技術(shù),以期為紅星宣紙的傳承與發(fā)展提供一定的啟示和借鑒。
[Abstract]:Under the impact of commodity economy, the vitality of traditional handicraft technology has gradually disappeared. However, with the rise of global cultural heritage excavation and protection upsurge, traditional handicraft technology has once again entered the people's vision. China has a long history. All kinds of cultural heritages are endless and become the "proud" capital of the Chinese nation. But today, most of them are faced with a dilemma that cannot be sustained. The main reasons for this dilemma are the changes in the ecological environment and the impact of the commodity economy. Traditional Xuan paper manufacturing techniques in Jing County, Anhui Province, were included in the national intangible cultural heritage list in 2006. However, it is also facing a severe dilemma of survival and development. This paper looks at the inheritance and development of Chinese traditional handicraft from the perspective of the protection of intangible cultural heritage, aiming at protecting Hongxing Xuan paper in Jingxian County, and taking packaging anti-counterfeiting design as the breakthrough point. On the basis of understanding the protection measures of the intangible cultural heritage of various countries and analyzing the present situation of the traditional handicraft intangible cultural heritage, through the field investigation, the literature study, the article tries to explore an innovative road suitable for its development. The origin, development and status quo of Red Star Xuan paper are summarized and sorted. From the shortage of raw materials, the lack of manpower, the impact of mechanized times, This paper analyzes the reasons for the inheritance and development of Xuan paper technology from four aspects, such as chaotic market order. Combined with common anti-counterfeiting means, the paper studies specific anti-counterfeiting schemes from three aspects: text, graphics and color. At the same time of optimizing anti-counterfeiting performance, emphasizing brand culture, emphasizing "Red Star Rice Paper" as the inheritance of intangible cultural heritage, putting forward the anti-counterfeiting packaging design idea for "Red Star Rice Paper" more characteristic. On the basis of theoretical explanation, In this paper, some specific anti-counterfeiting design strategies and methods are put forward, such as: in the aspect of character design, the characters written by famous people for enterprises are printed, transformed, redesigned and applied to the new packaging to enhance the degree of identification; By using customized Guang Min or thermosensitive ink, 108 process diagrams, which are representative of Xuan paper making technique, are printed, and destructive packaging is adopted in packaging structure, and its tearing route prototype can be evolved according to the "drawing paper" step in Xuan paper making technique. The packing nameplate pattern is based on the leaves of Pteranwood. In order to improve the anti-counterfeiting performance, it is customized as a unique left five-right four-shaped leaf flap, and the code of combining numbers and letters is engraved under the leaves of Rosewood. Each number and letter represents the corresponding workshop and production date; etc. This paper does not stop at the pure "design history and theory" research, but combines the current situation of the red star Xuan paper packaging design. In order to provide some enlightenment and reference for the inheritance and development of Red Star Xuan paper, this paper puts forward some ideas, originality and technology of packaging anti-counterfeiting innovative design.
