甲酸鈉低溫相變材料的研制及其在蓄冷箱中的應用

【摘要】:本文針對蓄冷保溫箱研制了一種相變溫度適宜、潛熱較高、腐蝕性較小、不產(chǎn)生氣體的低溫相變材料甲酸鈉(二水)21%+79%,并制作了純聚氨酯發(fā)泡(PU)、真空絕熱板-聚氨酯復合(VIP-PU)兩種保溫箱,將研制的相變材料充冷后分別應用于兩種不同材質(zhì)保溫層的蓄冷保溫箱中,針對不同材質(zhì)保溫箱、不同蓄冷劑質(zhì)量、不同冷凍溫度的對比實驗觀察放冷效果。結(jié)果表明:在凍結(jié)溫度-60℃情況下,真空絕熱板-聚氨酯復合的蓄冷箱保冷效果是純聚氨酯蓄冷箱的兩倍;當所用蓄冷劑質(zhì)量為15kg,真空絕熱板-聚氨酯復合的蓄冷箱能夠維持箱內(nèi)-10℃的低溫環(huán)境13 h,具有最優(yōu)的保冷效果。
[Abstract]:In this paper, a kind of suitable phase change temperature, high latent heat and less corrosion has been developed for the storage heat preservation box. The low temperature phase change material sodium formate (21% 79% dihydrate), which does not produce gas, has been made into two kinds of insulating boxes: pure polyurethane foamed polyurethanes, vacuum insulation plate-polyurethane composite VIP-PU. The phase change materials are applied to the storage and heat preservation boxes of two different materials, aiming at the different materials and the different quality of the refrigerant.
