基于FPGA的CMOS工業(yè)相機(jī)設(shè)計(jì)

【摘要】:針對(duì)傳統(tǒng)的工業(yè)相機(jī)成本高昂、靈活性差的缺點(diǎn),設(shè)計(jì)了基于FPGA的CMOS工業(yè)相機(jī)。在分析工業(yè)相機(jī)原理的基礎(chǔ)上設(shè)計(jì)了CMOS工業(yè)相機(jī)的硬件電路,利用FPGA配置圖像傳感器并采集圖像數(shù)據(jù),然后在FPGA中緩存處理,最后通過(guò)Camera Link接口輸出圖像數(shù)據(jù)。仿真結(jié)果顯示,該相機(jī)可以以20 f/s的幀頻輸出960P的圖像數(shù)據(jù),同時(shí)該相機(jī)可穩(wěn)定連續(xù)工作,相機(jī)可將圖像處理算法移植進(jìn)來(lái),有著較好的靈活性。
[Abstract]:Aiming at the disadvantages of high cost and low flexibility of traditional industrial cameras, a CMOS industrial camera based on FPGA is designed, and the hardware circuit of CMOS industrial camera is designed on the basis of analyzing the principle of industrial cameras. The image sensor is configured with FPGA and the image data is collected and processed in FPGA. Finally, the image data is output through the Camera Link interface. The simulation results show that the camera can output 960P image data at the frame rate of 20 fs. At the same time, the camera can work stably and continuously, the camera can transplant the image processing algorithm in, and it has better flexibility.
