基于地層損失的復(fù)合地層盾構(gòu)隧道施工沉降研究

【摘要】:盾構(gòu)隧道施工誘發(fā)地面沉降的影響因素較多,但主要因素可歸結(jié)為地層損失引起的地層變形;诂F(xiàn)有地層損失的理論,對(duì)引起地層損失的注漿過(guò)程進(jìn)行模擬,依此研究復(fù)合地層盾構(gòu)隧道施工對(duì)地層沉降的影響。研究結(jié)果表明:隧道貫通時(shí),土體最大沉降和隆起區(qū)域分別位于隧道拱頂和拱底;漿液的硬化會(huì)對(duì)地表和拱頂?shù)某两邓俾十a(chǎn)生影響,當(dāng)漿液彈性模量達(dá)到最終硬化的75%時(shí),地表和拱頂?shù)某两邓俾蔬_(dá)到最大值并開(kāi)始逐步減小;地表和拱頂沉降隨漿液的逐步硬化而趨于穩(wěn)定,且拱頂沉降趨于穩(wěn)定的速率更快。
[Abstract]:There are many factors affecting the ground subsidence induced by shield tunnel construction, but the main factors can be attributed to the formation deformation caused by formation loss. Based on the existing theory of formation loss, the grouting process causing formation loss is simulated. The results show that the maximum settlement and uplift of soil are located at the arch top and bottom of the tunnel respectively. The hardening of slurry will affect the settlement rate of the surface and the dome. When the elastic modulus of the slurry reaches the final hardening ratio 75, the settlement rate of the surface and the dome will reach the maximum value and begin to decrease gradually. The surface and dome settlement tend to be stable with the hardening of the slurry, and the rate of the dome settlement tends to be more stable.
