【摘要】:隨著我國“老齡化時(shí)代”的到來,老年人口占整個(gè)社會群體的比重加大。老年人這一龐大的消費(fèi)群體不容忽視,他們潛在的消費(fèi)水平與購置能力相當(dāng)可觀。但與人口老化的速度相比,老年產(chǎn)品的發(fā)展卻相對滯后。目前,老年產(chǎn)品的市場主要以老年保健產(chǎn)品和醫(yī)療護(hù)理產(chǎn)品為主。針對老年人設(shè)計(jì)的娛樂產(chǎn)品,通訊產(chǎn)品,老年玩具的種類相對較少。信息化社會的高速發(fā)展,使得移動通訊成為人們信息交流的重要方式,越來越多的老年人也開始使用移動通訊產(chǎn)品與子女交流。老年人特殊的生理特征和心理特征,使得他們對通訊產(chǎn)品有著特殊的設(shè)計(jì)需求。如何通過對通訊產(chǎn)品的設(shè)計(jì)滿足老年人生活與情感的需求是本文的主要研究內(nèi)容。本文通過對現(xiàn)有老年產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)的研究,以及對老年人特點(diǎn)的分析,挖掘出老年人對產(chǎn)品的設(shè)計(jì)需求點(diǎn)。同時(shí),從人—產(chǎn)品—環(huán)境三者相互關(guān)聯(lián)的角度出發(fā),對老年人群進(jìn)行分類總結(jié),得出老年用戶在不同生活形態(tài)下對通訊產(chǎn)品的使用需求。并根據(jù)老年用戶的使用需求尋找滿足需求的解決方案。最后充分利用調(diào)研分析的結(jié)果指導(dǎo)老年人通訊產(chǎn)品的設(shè)計(jì)實(shí)踐。論文的創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)在于:通過多通道交互方式與感知方式相結(jié)合的設(shè)計(jì),減少老年人在使用通訊產(chǎn)品過程中的誤操作次數(shù)。同時(shí),通過“多通道”情感交流的模式的設(shè)計(jì),為老年人提供友好的通訊操作體驗(yàn)。
[Abstract]:With the arrival of the "aging era" in China, the proportion of the elderly population in the whole social group has increased. Their potential level of consumption and purchasing power are considerable, but compared with the aging rate of the population, the development of products for the elderly is lagging behind. The market for elderly products mainly consists of health care products and medical care products. Entertainment products, communication products and toys for the elderly are relatively few. The rapid development of information society, Mobile communication has become an important way for people to communicate with their children. More and more elderly people begin to use mobile communication products to communicate with their children. The special physiological and psychological characteristics of the elderly, It makes them have special design requirements for communication products. How to meet the needs of life and emotion of the elderly through the design of communication products is the main research content of this paper. At the same time, from the point of view of the relationship between the human, the product and the environment, the elderly people are classified and summarized. It is concluded that elderly users need communication products under different living conditions, and find solutions to meet their needs according to the needs of elderly users. Finally, the results of research and analysis are used to guide the communication production of the elderly. Product design practice. The innovation of this paper lies in the design of the combination of multi-channel interaction and perception. At the same time, through the design of "multi-channel" emotional communication mode, it can provide a friendly communication operation experience for the elderly.
