面向剖分面片模板的遙感影像并行處理方法

【摘要】:空間數(shù)據(jù)特別是遙感影像數(shù)據(jù)的快速增加和應(yīng)用需求的擴(kuò)大,其組織效率和處理速度已經(jīng)成為制約技術(shù)應(yīng)用的瓶頸,地球剖分理論和高性能計(jì)算為上述問(wèn)題的解決提供了一種可能途徑。針對(duì)上述問(wèn)題,在遙感影像剖分面片數(shù)據(jù)模型的研究基礎(chǔ)上,提出了剖分面片模板并行計(jì)算模式,設(shè)計(jì)并實(shí)現(xiàn)了一種面向剖分面片模板的遙感影像并行處理方法。該方法基于MPI(message passing interface)與Open MP(open multi-processing)混合并行計(jì)算框架,構(gòu)建算法并行處理模型,形成算法并行化類庫(kù),通過(guò)調(diào)用其內(nèi)部方法實(shí)現(xiàn)計(jì)算任務(wù)的并行執(zhí)行。通過(guò)一個(gè)遙感影像剖分化并行分割處理實(shí)例,驗(yàn)證了該方法的有效性。實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,該方法具有較好的分割效果和加速比,有一定的示范意義,為進(jìn)一步提高遙感影像應(yīng)用能力提供了借鑒。
[Abstract]:With the rapid increase of spatial data, especially remote sensing image data, and the expansion of application requirements, the organizational efficiency and processing speed of spatial data, especially remote sensing image data, have become the bottleneck restricting the application of technology. The theory of earth division and high performance calculation provide a possible way to solve the above problems. Based on the research of remote sensing image slicing data model, a parallel computing model of sliced slice template is proposed. A parallel processing method for remote sensing image is designed and implemented, which is based on the hybrid parallel computing framework of MPI(message passing interface and Open MP(open multi-processing. The parallel processing model of the algorithm is constructed and the class library of algorithm parallelization is formed. The parallel execution of computing task is realized by calling its internal method. The effectiveness of this method is verified by an example of partition parallel segmentation of remote sensing image. The experimental results show that the method has better segmentation effect and speedup. It has certain demonstration significance and provides a reference for further improving the ability of remote sensing image application.
