基于G-TOPSIS的多品種小批量生產(chǎn)車間設(shè)施布局方案評價研究

【摘要】:科學(xué)合理的車間設(shè)施布局方案評價,有助于發(fā)現(xiàn)設(shè)施布局方案存在的問題和不足,指導(dǎo)設(shè)施布局方案的順利實(shí)施。通過對多品種小批量生產(chǎn)車間設(shè)施布局研究現(xiàn)狀的分析發(fā)現(xiàn),目前針對多品種小批量生產(chǎn)車間設(shè)施布局方案評價的研究較為欠缺,針對評價體系的研究更是匱乏,并且現(xiàn)有的評價方法有一定的局限性。文章提出構(gòu)建多品種小批量生產(chǎn)車間設(shè)施布局方案的評價指標(biāo)體系,并采用G-TOPSIS法(灰色關(guān)聯(lián)分析理想點(diǎn)法,Grey Relational Analysis and Technique forOrder Preference by Similarity to an Ideal Solution)建立評價模型,以期豐富多品種小批量生產(chǎn)車間設(shè)施布局方案評價的理論基礎(chǔ),提高設(shè)施布局方案評價結(jié)果的可靠性。 論文的研究工作主要包括如下幾個方面: 首先,介紹論文的選題背景,剖析國內(nèi)外設(shè)施布局方案評價的研究現(xiàn)狀,提出論文研究的目的及意義,介紹論文研究的主要內(nèi)容、章節(jié)安排。結(jié)合多品種小批量生產(chǎn)車間設(shè)施布局的基本內(nèi)涵,深入分析其設(shè)施布局的特征,在此基礎(chǔ)上從研究思路和技術(shù)路線、研究過程模型、關(guān)鍵問題及研究框架四方面提出論文研究的技術(shù)框架。 其次,構(gòu)建多品種小批量生產(chǎn)車間設(shè)施布局方案的評價指標(biāo)體系。在分析多品種小批量生產(chǎn)車間設(shè)施布局影響因素的基礎(chǔ)上,確定評價指標(biāo),設(shè)計(jì)評價指標(biāo)體系。并基于粗糙集理論刪除冗余指標(biāo),,介紹指標(biāo)約簡的方法。 然后,建立多品種小批量生產(chǎn)車間設(shè)施布局方案的評價模型。采用灰色關(guān)聯(lián)度的方法來確定指標(biāo)權(quán)重;分別分析灰色關(guān)聯(lián)分析與TOPSIS法在評價應(yīng)用中存在的問題和不足,利用兩者相結(jié)合的方法建立G-TOPSIS的多品種小批量生產(chǎn)車間設(shè)施布局方案評價模型。 最后,將上述評價指標(biāo)體系及評價模型應(yīng)用于D企業(yè)某多品種小批量生產(chǎn)車間的設(shè)施規(guī)劃項(xiàng)目中,結(jié)果表明論文研究成果具有一定的工程應(yīng)用價值。
[Abstract]:Scientific and reasonable evaluation of workshop facility layout scheme is helpful to find out the problems and shortcomings of the facility layout scheme and to guide the smooth implementation of the facility layout scheme. Through the analysis of the present situation of the research on the facility layout of multi-variety and small-batch production workshop, it is found that, At present, the research on the evaluation of facilities layout in multi-variety and small-batch production workshops is relatively deficient, and the research on the evaluation system is even more scarce. And the existing evaluation methods have some limitations. This paper puts forward the evaluation index system to construct the facility layout scheme of multi-variety and small-batch production workshop. The evaluation model is established by using G-TOPSIS (Grey Relational Analysis and Technique forOrder Preference by Similarity to an Ideal solution) in order to enrich the theoretical basis of facility layout evaluation in multi-variety and small-batch production workshop. Improve the reliability of facility layout evaluation results. The research work of the thesis mainly includes the following aspects:. First of all, it introduces the background of the thesis, analyzes the present situation of the evaluation of the layout of facilities at home and abroad, puts forward the purpose and significance of the research, and introduces the main contents of the paper. Chapter arrangement. Combined with the basic connotation of facilities layout of multi-variety and small-batch production workshop, the characteristics of facility layout are analyzed in depth. On the basis of this, the research process model is studied from the perspective of research ideas and technical route. The technical framework of the thesis is put forward in four aspects: the key problems and the research framework. Secondly, the evaluation index system of facility layout scheme of multi-variety and small-batch production workshop is constructed. On the basis of analyzing the influencing factors of facility layout in multi-variety and small-batch production workshop, the evaluation index is determined. The evaluation index system is designed and the method of index reduction is introduced based on rough set theory. Then, the evaluation model of facility layout scheme of multi-variety and small-batch production workshop is established. The grey correlation degree method is adopted to determine the index weight, and the problems and shortcomings of grey correlation analysis and TOPSIS method in evaluation and application are analyzed respectively. The evaluation model of facility layout of multi-variety and small-batch production workshop based on G-TOPSIS is established by combining the two methods. Finally, the above evaluation index system and evaluation model are applied to the facility planning project of a multi-variety and small batch production workshop in D enterprise. The results show that the research results of this paper have certain engineering application value.
