基于大數(shù)據(jù)的產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)方案綜合評(píng)價(jià)系統(tǒng)及其應(yīng)用

【摘要】:在產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)過(guò)程中,對(duì)解決產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)問(wèn)題的方案進(jìn)行比較、評(píng)定,由此確定各設(shè)計(jì)方案的價(jià)值,以便篩選出最佳設(shè)計(jì)方案。產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)方案評(píng)價(jià)是保證產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)質(zhì)量、提高設(shè)計(jì)效率的有效途徑。產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)方案評(píng)價(jià)的主體應(yīng)包括與產(chǎn)品相關(guān)的各類人群,,即產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)、制造、銷售、用戶人群和企業(yè)主管部門人員。研究基于網(wǎng)絡(luò)的各類人群評(píng)價(jià)信息調(diào)查系統(tǒng),以及大數(shù)據(jù)評(píng)價(jià)信息處理方法與技術(shù),實(shí)現(xiàn)設(shè)計(jì)師的設(shè)計(jì)方案能及時(shí)、方便的與評(píng)價(jià)者進(jìn)行交互是本文主要研究的目的。 文中將產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)方案評(píng)價(jià)者分為產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)(包括產(chǎn)品造型設(shè)計(jì)師、原理與結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)工程師)、制造、銷售、消費(fèi)者(用戶)和主管部門5類人群,根據(jù)每類人群對(duì)產(chǎn)品認(rèn)知的角度、側(cè)重點(diǎn)以及專業(yè)背景的不同,制定對(duì)應(yīng)的評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系,使得每個(gè)評(píng)價(jià)群體都能在其認(rèn)知范圍內(nèi)對(duì)產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)方案進(jìn)行準(zhǔn)確(或較準(zhǔn)確)的評(píng)價(jià)。應(yīng)用各類人群的評(píng)價(jià)信息與層次分析法(AHP)確定各評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)的權(quán)重,應(yīng)用信息熵處理方法、5類人群共性評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)及其評(píng)價(jià)信息確定5類人群間的權(quán)重。根據(jù)產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)方案評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)具有模糊的特點(diǎn),應(yīng)用三角模糊數(shù)法度量評(píng)價(jià)者依據(jù)評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)對(duì)產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)方案的評(píng)價(jià)信息,探討了產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)方案模糊評(píng)價(jià)模型的構(gòu)建方法。通過(guò)計(jì)算評(píng)價(jià)者群體中的平均相似度、評(píng)價(jià)者綜合重要程度系數(shù)等,實(shí)現(xiàn)群體內(nèi)和群體間多指標(biāo)評(píng)價(jià)信息集結(jié)的決策方法與步驟。在此基礎(chǔ)上,應(yīng)用Dreamweaver、ASP、VC++、ADO等技術(shù)開(kāi)發(fā)了產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)方案綜合評(píng)價(jià)信息調(diào)查系統(tǒng)、產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)方案綜合評(píng)價(jià)信息管理系統(tǒng),實(shí)現(xiàn)了對(duì)產(chǎn)品評(píng)價(jià)信息的有效搜集與管理。以現(xiàn)有5種轎車為例,將系統(tǒng)評(píng)價(jià)結(jié)果與5種車型排行榜次序?qū)Ρ龋?yàn)證了所開(kāi)發(fā)的產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)方案綜合評(píng)價(jià)系統(tǒng)的可行性和有效性。
[Abstract]:In the process of product design, the solutions to product design problems are compared and evaluated, so as to determine the value of each design scheme, in order to select the best design scheme. The evaluation of product design scheme is to ensure the quality of product design. The main body of product design scheme evaluation should include all kinds of people related to product, that is, product design, manufacture and sale, The user crowd and the personnel in charge of the enterprise. Study all kinds of crowd evaluation information survey system based on network, as well as big data evaluation information processing method and technology, to realize the designer's design scheme can be timely. The main purpose of this paper is to interact with evaluators conveniently. In this paper, the evaluators of product design schemes are divided into five groups: product design (including product stylist, principle and structure design engineer, manufacture, sales, consumer (user) and competent department). According to the perspective of product cognition, the focus and the different professional background of each group of people, the corresponding evaluation index system is established. So that each evaluation group can evaluate the product design scheme accurately (or more accurately) within its cognitive scope. The weight of each evaluation index is determined by using the evaluation information and analytic hierarchy process (AHP) of various population groups. The information entropy processing method is used to determine the weights of the five groups of people by using the general evaluation index of 5 categories of population and the evaluation information. The evaluation index of product design scheme has the characteristics of fuzziness. This paper uses triangular fuzzy number method to measure the evaluation information of the product design scheme according to the evaluation index, and discusses the method of constructing the fuzzy evaluation model of the product design scheme. By calculating the average similarity in the evaluator group, the method of constructing the fuzzy evaluation model of the product design scheme is discussed. On the basis of synthesizing the important degree coefficient and so on, the decision methods and steps to realize the information gathering of multi-index evaluation within and among groups are realized. On this basis, a comprehensive evaluation information investigation system for product design scheme is developed by using the technology of Dreamweaver ASPVC / ADO, etc. The product design scheme comprehensive evaluation information management system realizes the effective collection and management of the product evaluation information. Taking the existing five kinds of cars as an example, the evaluation results of the system are compared with the ranking order of the five types of vehicles. The feasibility and effectiveness of the comprehensive evaluation system for product design scheme are verified.
