【摘要】：設(shè)計來源于生活。用戶研究是一種通過研究用戶的生活，從中洞察設(shè)計機會的研究方法。在研究的過程當中需要借助原型來探索、驗證和完善設(shè)計概念。因此，原型法在用戶研究中具有非常重要的作用。本文主要通過分析原型的種類和不同原型之間的關(guān)系，，指出在用戶研究中應(yīng)該依據(jù)研究的目標和內(nèi)容來選擇合適的原型工具。除此之外，筆者還闡述了用戶研究中原型的價值和使用原型時應(yīng)遵循的原則，并探討用戶研究中協(xié)作原型和行為原型的使用流程和方法及原型測試時應(yīng)注意的事項和相關(guān)工作，以幫助用戶研究人員高效快速的運用原型法進行設(shè)計研究。 本文分為六個章節(jié)。第一章介紹了論文研究的背景、目的、意義、方法和內(nèi)容。第二章分析了現(xiàn)有原型的種類、設(shè)計原則和價值，指出在用戶研究中應(yīng)該根據(jù)不同的研究目標和研究內(nèi)容選擇合適的原型工具。第三章整理了用戶研究中行為原型的類型和使用方法。第四章對用戶研究中協(xié)作原型的類型及使用的方法進行了整理。通過對“蒸美”女性專用護發(fā)電熱水器這個案例的分析來說明協(xié)作原型的使用流程和方法。第五章介紹了在用戶測試和專家測試的過程中應(yīng)該注意的事項及相關(guān)工作。通過對“雙遙控”燃氣熱水器這個案例的分析來說明用戶測試和專家測試的流程和方法。第六章對比分析了用戶研究中的協(xié)作原型和行為原型，并總結(jié)了用戶研究中原型法的種類和應(yīng)用方法。
[Abstract]:Design comes from life. User research is a research method to explore, verify and perfect the design concept by studying the life of the user and understanding the design opportunity from the perspective of the design opportunity in the course of the research. In the process of the research, we need to explore, verify and perfect the design concept with the help of the prototype. Prototype method plays a very important role in user research. It is pointed out that the appropriate prototype tools should be selected according to the objectives and contents of the user research. In addition, the author also expounds the value of the prototype in user research and the principles to be followed when using the prototype. This paper also discusses the process and method of using collaborative prototypes and behavioral prototypes in user research, as well as the matters needing attention and relevant work in prototype testing, in order to help user researchers to design and research with prototype method efficiently and quickly. This paper is divided into six chapters. The first chapter introduces the background, purpose, significance, methods and contents of the thesis. Chapter two analyzes the types, design principles and values of the existing prototypes. It is pointed out that appropriate prototype tools should be selected according to different research objectives and contents in user research. Chapter 3 summarizes the types and usage methods of behavioral prototypes in user research. Chapter 4th deals with the cooperative provenance in user research. Through the analysis of the case of "steamed beauty" women's special hair protection electric water heater, to explain the process and method of using collaborative prototype. Chapter 5th introduces user testing and expert. Through the analysis of the case of "double remote control" gas water heater to explain the flow and method of user test and expert test. Chapter 6th compares and analyzes the user research. Collaborative archetypes and behavioral prototypes in, The types and application methods of prototype method in user research are summarized.
