【摘要】:包裝紙板的發(fā)展迅速,其中又以箱板紙的需求量最大。本文以以廢紙為原料的安徽某大型紙企箱板紙生產(chǎn)線為例,具體分析其造紙生產(chǎn)線流程,根據(jù)跟蹤的生產(chǎn)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行分析造紙化學(xué)品的最佳使用比例,并對實際應(yīng)用中的技術(shù)改造進(jìn)行了分析討論。生產(chǎn)性試驗中主要涉及的造紙化學(xué)品有:表面施膠淀粉、漿內(nèi)施膠淀粉、膠黏物控制劑。分析探討各個子系統(tǒng)的使用流程以及化學(xué)品的添加方式。硫酸鋁、助留助濾劑以及其他化學(xué)助劑是在流送階段完成添加的,其中,硫酸鋁、干強(qiáng)劑、殺菌劑等化學(xué)助劑是直接添加在混合漿池中,聚丙烯酰胺是在一段壓力篩之前添加,膨潤土是在一段壓力篩之后添加。針對生產(chǎn)性試驗中主要涉及的造紙化學(xué)品,比較表面施膠淀粉的原料種類、漿內(nèi)施膠淀粉的添加量、膠黏物控制劑的添加點的差異,并對其使用效果做了探討分析。結(jié)合實際產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量指標(biāo)測定結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn):利用木薯淀粉制備表面施膠淀粉的效果更好,漿內(nèi)施膠淀粉的作用效果與添加地點和添加量有關(guān)系,不同廠商的膠黏物控制劑根據(jù)添加點的位置其使用效果相差較大。針對DCS控制系統(tǒng)中的多重連鎖作了具體分析,探討了對于紙頁的物理性能和外觀紙病的DCS控制技術(shù),還剖析了生產(chǎn)線的成本構(gòu)成及其效益。提出了紙機(jī)產(chǎn)量提升的幾大增產(chǎn)工藝:車速控制,管理強(qiáng)化,化學(xué)品使用以及以管路改造、設(shè)備增添、參數(shù)及流程優(yōu)化等為主的技術(shù)改造。針對現(xiàn)有生產(chǎn)線提出自己的建議:改造清渣系統(tǒng)、優(yōu)化現(xiàn)有的制漿生產(chǎn)線中的工段配置。
[Abstract]:Packaging paperboard is developing rapidly, among which the demand of carton paperboard is the greatest. This paper takes a large paper production line in Anhui Province as an example to analyze the process of papermaking production line. According to the following production data, the optimum proportion of paper chemicals is analyzed, and the technical transformation in practical application is analyzed and discussed. The main chemicals involved in the productive tests are: surface sizing starch, Internal sizing starch, adhesive control agent. Analysis and discussion of the use process of each subsystem and the ways to add chemicals. Aluminum sulfate, retention and drainage aids and other chemical aids are added during the flow phase, among which aluminum sulfate, aluminum sulfate, and other chemical aids are added. Chemical additives such as dry strength agents, fungicides and other chemical aids are added directly in the mixing pulp pool, polyacrylamide is added before the first stage of pressure sieve, and bentonite is added after the first stage of pressure screen. The material type of surface sizing starch, the addition amount of sizing starch in pulp, the difference of adding point of adhesive control agent were compared. The results showed that the effect of cassava starch preparation was better than that of cassava starch, and the effect of internal sizing starch was related to the place and amount of starch added. According to the position of adding point, the application effect of adhesive control agent in different manufacturers is quite different. This paper analyzes the multiple linkage in DCS control system, and discusses the DCS control technology for the physical properties and appearance of paper. The cost composition and benefit of the production line are also analyzed. Several techniques for increasing the production of paper machine are put forward: speed control, management enhancement, chemical use, pipeline transformation, equipment addition, etc. Some suggestions are put forward for the existing production line, such as revamping the slag cleaning system and optimizing the section configuration of the existing pulping production line.
