心流理論視角下的移動健身類應用設計研究

【摘要】:信息技術(shù)的普及,,使得各大傳統(tǒng)產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)生了重大變革。移動互聯(lián)網(wǎng)因其小巧輕便、隱蔽性、應用便捷等特點,成為人們生活中不可或缺的一部分。最近幾年,移動互聯(lián)網(wǎng)發(fā)展很快、市場潛力很大、前景很誘人,給人們的衣食住行、健康和醫(yī)療領域、通訊等傳統(tǒng)領域帶來了重大變化。健康和醫(yī)療領域,在中國尚不明顯;但在國外,已卓有成效。 本文立足于移動互聯(lián)網(wǎng)及傳感器技術(shù)快速發(fā)展的時代背景,借助心流理論視角,從人們對健康的關注和對健身的需求出發(fā),將移動健身類應用作為研究的切入點,旨在激發(fā)用戶健身行為中的心流體驗。心流作為一種積極的情感體驗,直接影響用戶的內(nèi)在動機,它能更好地挖掘用戶情感需求并產(chǎn)生一種多維互動的效果,具有重要的理論價值與現(xiàn)實意義。 首先,文章對心流理論進行闡述并對健身、移動健身類應用等相關概念進行界定,以此作為論文的理論依據(jù)與實踐載體。其次,結(jié)合多種方法對健身群體基本狀況、健身類應用使用行為及情感體驗展開了調(diào)研分析,轉(zhuǎn)化歸納出健身群體的運動需求及心流體驗相關要素。緊接著,在對前人有關心流理論模型的借鑒以及交互設計相關理論的梳理后,構(gòu)建出了自己的設計模型;同時提出相關設計策略并拓展出具體的設計方法。最后,進行設計實踐,將理論成果應用于實踐當中,旨在通過目標任務、挑戰(zhàn)、激勵等機制來引導、激勵用戶,促使用戶獲得完美的心流體驗,從而為提升用戶黏度打下鋪墊。文章最后,總結(jié)研究成果及不足,并對后續(xù)研究做出一定的展望。至此,筆者希望本研究成果能夠為移動健身領域做出微薄的貢獻。
[Abstract]:With the popularization of information technology, great changes have taken place in the traditional industries. Mobile Internet has become an indispensable part of people's life in recent years because of its small, light, hidden and convenient applications. The mobile Internet has developed rapidly, with great market potential and attractive prospects. It has brought great changes to people's traditional fields, such as food, clothing, housing, health, medical care, communications, etc. Health and medical care are not obvious in China, but abroad, It has been fruitful. Based on the background of the rapid development of mobile Internet and sensor technology, this paper takes the application of mobile fitness as the breakthrough point of research from the perspective of flow theory, from the point of view of people's concern for health and the need for fitness. As a positive emotional experience, cardiac flow can directly affect the intrinsic motivation of users, and it can better tap the emotional needs of users and produce a multi-dimensional interactive effect. It has important theoretical value and practical significance. First of all, the article expounds the flow theory and defines the related concepts such as fitness, mobile fitness application and so on, as the theoretical basis and practical carrier of the paper. Secondly, combined with a variety of methods to the basic status of fitness groups, The use behavior and emotional experience of fitness application are investigated and analyzed, and the relevant factors of exercise demand and flow experience of fitness group are summed up. After drawing lessons from the previous concerned flow theory model and combing the related theories of interactive design, this paper constructs its own design model, and puts forward the relevant design strategy and extends the specific design method. Finally, the design practice is carried out. The purpose of applying the theory to practice is to guide and motivate users through the mechanism of target task, challenge, motivation and so on, so as to promote the users to obtain perfect flow experience, thus laying the groundwork for enhancing the viscosity of users. To sum up the research results and shortcomings, and to make a certain prospect for the follow-up study. So far, the author hopes that the research results can make a modest contribution to the field of mobile fitness.
