聚苯乙烯藍(lán)色膠體晶體膜的制備工藝

【摘要】:本文以單分散的粒徑為340±10nm的聚苯乙烯微球?yàn)樵?采用垂直自組裝法制備了藍(lán)色聚苯乙烯膠體晶體膜。研究了乳液濃度、干燥溫度、組裝容積等因素對(duì)聚苯乙烯膠體晶體膜的微觀形貌和呈色性能的影響。結(jié)果表明:當(dāng)乳液濃度較小時(shí),微球呈現(xiàn)單層均勻分布,局部發(fā)生自組裝,當(dāng)乳液濃度達(dá)到0.1wt%時(shí),微球呈現(xiàn)多層密排六方排列,宏觀上呈現(xiàn)明亮的藍(lán)色。當(dāng)干燥溫度為40℃時(shí),該膠體晶體膜微觀形貌為高質(zhì)量的密排六方結(jié)構(gòu),呈現(xiàn)均勻明亮的藍(lán)色。對(duì)比試驗(yàn)得出,在50mL的容器中,PS微球容易發(fā)生自組裝且呈現(xiàn)明亮均勻的藍(lán)色。同時(shí)發(fā)現(xiàn),該膠體晶體膜在較低強(qiáng)度的光線下呈色比較微弱,藍(lán)色飽和度較低,在強(qiáng)烈的光照下,呈現(xiàn)出絢麗的藍(lán)色。
[Abstract]:In this paper, blue polystyrene colloidal crystal films were prepared by vertical self-assembly from monodisperse polystyrene microspheres with a diameter of 340 鹵10 nm. The emulsion concentration and drying temperature were studied. The effect of assembly volume and other factors on the morphology and color performance of polystyrene colloidal crystal film was studied. The results showed that the microspheres were uniformly distributed in single layer and self-assembled locally when the emulsion concentration was small, and when the emulsion concentration reached 0.1 wt%, The microspheres are arranged in multilayer dense hexagonal arrangement and appear bright blue macroscopically.
