PVC自動(dòng)包裝生產(chǎn)線的技術(shù)改進(jìn)

【摘要】:自動(dòng)包裝生產(chǎn)線作為現(xiàn)代包裝工業(yè)必不可少的關(guān)鍵設(shè)備。它提高了商品包裝的效率,降低了不合格包裝的比例,社會(huì)效益和經(jīng)濟(jì)效益極其可觀,因而在自動(dòng)包裝領(lǐng)域中得到廣泛的應(yīng)用。但在實(shí)際生產(chǎn)中,自動(dòng)包裝生產(chǎn)線常常出現(xiàn)裝料過(guò)程中產(chǎn)品灑出和不合格產(chǎn)品不能完全檢出等問(wèn)題。針對(duì)上述問(wèn)題,在自動(dòng)包裝生產(chǎn)線開(kāi)口部分程序和重量及金屬檢測(cè)部分程序中,分別給出改進(jìn)方案。 經(jīng)過(guò)觀察與實(shí)驗(yàn),發(fā)現(xiàn)產(chǎn)品灑出問(wèn)題主要是自動(dòng)包裝生產(chǎn)線拉開(kāi)袋口工序袋夾拉開(kāi)兩側(cè)與真空吸盤拉開(kāi)另一側(cè)不同步造成的。在袋口未拉開(kāi)到規(guī)定大小時(shí),即開(kāi)始打料,造成產(chǎn)品灑出。提出在開(kāi)口部分程序中虛擬中間繼電器前加入一個(gè)檢測(cè)袋口的輸入點(diǎn),以檢測(cè)袋口是否已拉開(kāi)到規(guī)定大小,確保袋夾與真空吸盤的控制同步性。不合格產(chǎn)品不能完全檢出的問(wèn)題是自動(dòng)包裝生產(chǎn)線中金屬檢出機(jī)與剔除機(jī)配合失當(dāng)造成的。對(duì)重量及金屬檢測(cè)部分的程序進(jìn)行了改進(jìn),加入延時(shí)定時(shí)器觸點(diǎn),代替原有的常規(guī)輸入點(diǎn),給含有金屬異物的不合格產(chǎn)品報(bào)警一個(gè)延時(shí),避免了金屬檢出機(jī)報(bào)警時(shí),合格產(chǎn)品由于未通過(guò)剔除機(jī)被誤剔除,不合格產(chǎn)品則通過(guò)的問(wèn)題。 將上述改進(jìn)應(yīng)用于糊樹(shù)脂第二車間的自動(dòng)包裝生產(chǎn)線中,進(jìn)行多組對(duì)比實(shí)驗(yàn)。由實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果可知,產(chǎn)品灑出情況大為減少,裝袋合格率大幅提高,誤剔除合格產(chǎn)品的現(xiàn)象基本不再出現(xiàn),改進(jìn)方案達(dá)到預(yù)期效果,能夠取得一定的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益,,滿足實(shí)際生產(chǎn)的需要。
[Abstract]:Automatic packaging production line is an indispensable key equipment in modern packaging industry. It improves the efficiency of commodity packaging, reduces the proportion of unqualified packaging, and makes great social and economic benefits. Therefore, it has been widely used in the field of automatic packaging. However, in practice, the automatic packaging production line often has problems such as product sprinkling during the loading process and the unqualified products can not be completely detected, etc. In view of the above problems, In the program of opening part, weight and metal detection of automatic packaging production line, the improvement scheme is given respectively. After observation and experiment, it is found that the problem of product spilling is mainly caused by the non-synchronization between the two sides of the bag clamps and the vacuum suckers in the process of opening the bag mouth in the automatic packaging production line. When the bag mouth is not opened to the specified size, it begins to press the material. It is proposed to add an input point in front of the virtual intermediate relay in the open part program to check whether the bag mouth has been opened to the specified size. The problem that the unqualified product can not be completely detected is caused by the improper cooperation between the metal detector and the culling machine in the automatic packaging production line. The program of the weight and metal detection part has been improved. The delay timer contact is added to replace the original conventional input point, and a delay is given to the unqualified product containing the metal foreign body. When the metal detector alarm is avoided, the qualified product is mistakenly removed because it has not passed the culling machine. Unqualified products pass the problem. The above improvements have been applied to the automatic packaging production line of the second workshop of paste resin, and many groups of comparative experiments have been carried out. From the results of the experiments, we can see that the situation of product spilling has been greatly reduced, and the qualified rate of bagging has been greatly increased. The phenomenon of eliminating the qualified products by mistake is no longer present, and the improvement scheme can achieve the expected effect, which can obtain certain economic benefits and meet the needs of actual production.
