薄膜拉伸生產(chǎn)線項目的進(jìn)度管理研究

【摘要】:薄膜拉伸生產(chǎn)線項目進(jìn)度管理研究是為了解決企業(yè)在工程項目的執(zhí)行過程中存在的管理問題。由于現(xiàn)代項目管理的方法和理論并沒有在該企業(yè)的工程項目管理中得到廣泛的應(yīng)用,導(dǎo)致在項目執(zhí)行過程中出現(xiàn)工期長、費用高的問題,不利于項目的執(zhí)行和企業(yè)自身的發(fā)展。針對存在的這種現(xiàn)象,本論文以薄膜拉伸生產(chǎn)線項目為例,結(jié)合項目進(jìn)度管理理論和實際項目進(jìn)行研究,在保質(zhì)保量的前提下,實現(xiàn)縮減工期和降低成本的目標(biāo)。要想在激烈的市場競爭中立于不敗之地,企業(yè)需要與時俱進(jìn),將現(xiàn)代項目進(jìn)度管理理論應(yīng)用到項目實施過程中,合理計劃和控制項目進(jìn)度,盡可能的降低項目的成本。本論文對項目進(jìn)度管理的理論和方法進(jìn)行了論述,并將項目分解結(jié)構(gòu)、里程碑和網(wǎng)絡(luò)計劃技術(shù)等項目進(jìn)度管理方法應(yīng)用到薄膜拉伸生產(chǎn)線項目的進(jìn)度計劃和控制中。根據(jù)項目自身特點和需要,建立項目組;根據(jù)項目合同和技術(shù)協(xié)議,明確項目內(nèi)容,制定項目進(jìn)度計劃。合理的進(jìn)度計劃對于項目的如期完成有重要的意義。在項目執(zhí)行過程中,確保各項活動按照項目進(jìn)度計劃執(zhí)行,并對項目工作的實際進(jìn)度進(jìn)行監(jiān)控。項目進(jìn)度控制的關(guān)鍵是定期監(jiān)測項目實際進(jìn)度,并與進(jìn)度計劃比較,當(dāng)發(fā)現(xiàn)項目實施進(jìn)度和計劃進(jìn)度偏離比較大時,需要采取措施進(jìn)行調(diào)整。當(dāng)采取措施后,項目實際進(jìn)度仍不能跟隨進(jìn)度計劃,需要調(diào)整進(jìn)度計劃以保證項目后期的正常進(jìn)行。本論文采用理論聯(lián)系實際的方法,參考國內(nèi)外相關(guān)文獻(xiàn),以當(dāng)前項目進(jìn)度管理理論為基礎(chǔ),結(jié)合薄膜拉伸生產(chǎn)線項目的實施過程,總結(jié)經(jīng)驗教訓(xùn),積累項目進(jìn)度管理的經(jīng)驗,除了解決該項目的工期緊張問題,對于面臨市場壓力的類似項目,具有借鑒意義。
[Abstract]:Study on schedule management of drawing production line project is to solve the management problems of the film in the course of implementation of the project in the enterprise. The theory and method of modern project management has not been widely used in engineering project management of the enterprise, resulting in the project implementation process in the long period, the problem of high cost, is not conducive to the development of the implementation of the project and the enterprise itself. For this phenomenon, this paper film production line project as an example, combined with the progress of the project management theory and the actual research project, the quality and quantity of the premise, to achieve the goal of low cost and shorten construction period. To be in an invincible position in the fierce competition in the market, enterprises need to keep pace with the times, the modern project management theory is applied to the process of project implementation, reasonable plan and control the project schedule, as far as possible to reduce the project Cost. This thesis discusses the theory and methods of project management, and project structure, milepost and network planning technique project schedule management method applied to plan and control the film production line project. The project according to their own characteristics and needs, the establishment of project group; according to the project contract and technical agreement. Clear the project content, project schedule plan. Reasonable schedule has important significance to the project schedule. In the project implementation process, to ensure that the activities carried out in accordance with the project schedule, monitor the actual progress and the work of the project. The key of project schedule control is to periodically monitor the project actual progress, and progress when the project plan, schedule and schedule deviation is large, need to be adjusted to take measures. When taken after the actual project progress Still can't follow the schedule, need to adjust the schedule in order to ensure the normal project. This paper adopted the method of theory and practice, refer to the related literature at home and abroad, with the progress of the project management theory, combined with the implementation process of film production line project, summed up the experience accumulated in the progress of the project management experience, in addition to to solve the problem of construction period of the project, for similar projects under market pressure, has the reference significance.
