套內(nèi)膜包裝袋自動(dòng)成型機(jī)系統(tǒng)的研究與設(shè)計(jì)

【摘要】:改革開放以來,我國的經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)快速發(fā)展,工業(yè)化水平顯著提高。近30年來,我國的包裝行業(yè)借助國家的政策也是飛速發(fā)展,然而由于一直采用粗放型的發(fā)展方式,我國的包裝生產(chǎn)線自動(dòng)化程度還非常的低,許多包裝機(jī)械、包裝設(shè)備的技術(shù)精度跟國外相比還是有很大的差距,甚至還有很多包裝產(chǎn)品還是手工生產(chǎn)。為了提高效率和節(jié)約成本,各包裝企業(yè)急需進(jìn)行轉(zhuǎn)型升級(jí),實(shí)現(xiàn)包裝產(chǎn)品的自動(dòng)化生產(chǎn)。本文針對(duì)合作企業(yè)包裝袋生產(chǎn)線的具體情況,在分析了該企業(yè)的生產(chǎn)工藝流程及產(chǎn)能需求后,進(jìn)行了大量的試驗(yàn)及論證,在結(jié)構(gòu)上提出了雙工位的送袋方式。控制系統(tǒng)采用了歐姆龍CP1H型號(hào)的PLC,綜合使用了伺服驅(qū)動(dòng)技術(shù)、步進(jìn)驅(qū)動(dòng)技術(shù)、變頻控制技術(shù)和現(xiàn)代傳感技術(shù)等知識(shí)實(shí)現(xiàn)了套內(nèi)膜包裝袋的高速自動(dòng)化生產(chǎn)。該生產(chǎn)線經(jīng)過第二次設(shè)計(jì)升級(jí),其速度和可靠性都得到了顯著提升。套內(nèi)膜包裝袋自動(dòng)成型機(jī)是集檢測技術(shù)、機(jī)械設(shè)計(jì)、氣動(dòng)技術(shù)、電力拖動(dòng)和實(shí)時(shí)控制于一體的自動(dòng)包裝流水線。整條生產(chǎn)線由多個(gè)機(jī)構(gòu)組成,每個(gè)機(jī)構(gòu)負(fù)責(zé)一道工序,各部分分工協(xié)作,共同完成復(fù)合包裝袋的自動(dòng)套袋和縫紉過程。本文根據(jù)包裝袋的生產(chǎn)工藝及流程主要作了以下幾個(gè)方面的設(shè)計(jì)和研究:1.研究了套袋機(jī)自動(dòng)化生產(chǎn)線的整體機(jī)械結(jié)構(gòu)的設(shè)計(jì)。2.設(shè)計(jì)了氣動(dòng)和真空系統(tǒng),講述了氣動(dòng)回路的組成及真空系統(tǒng)的功能。3.依據(jù)機(jī)械結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)了系統(tǒng)控制部分。該控制系統(tǒng)為塞縫機(jī)自動(dòng)化生產(chǎn)線的核心部分。4.研究了系統(tǒng)的整體硬件結(jié)構(gòu),講述了可編程控制器的基礎(chǔ)知識(shí),介紹了元器件的選型及整體的控制邏輯程序。詳細(xì)介紹了步進(jìn)驅(qū)動(dòng)、伺服驅(qū)動(dòng)、變頻控制的開發(fā)設(shè)計(jì)。5.設(shè)計(jì)了PLC的控制軟件及上位機(jī)系統(tǒng),實(shí)現(xiàn)了PLC與上位機(jī)的實(shí)時(shí)交互,為用戶對(duì)自動(dòng)化生產(chǎn)線實(shí)施監(jiān)控提供了平臺(tái)。人機(jī)交流畫面是組成系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)的關(guān)鍵部分,使用觸摸屏可以控制套袋子的參數(shù),實(shí)時(shí)信息,報(bào)警信息等方面的內(nèi)容。6.最后對(duì)全文進(jìn)行了總結(jié),并提出了未來的展望。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up, China's economy and society have developed rapidly, and the level of industrialization has improved significantly. In the past 30 years, the packaging industry in our country has also developed rapidly with the aid of national policies. However, due to the extensive mode of development, The degree of automation of packaging production lines in China is still very low. The technical accuracy of many packaging machinery and packaging equipment is still far behind that of foreign countries. In order to improve efficiency and save cost, packaging enterprises urgently need to transform and upgrade to realize the automatic production of packaging products. After analyzing the production process and production capacity demand of the enterprise, a large number of tests and demonstration were carried out, and a double station bag feeding method was put forward in the structure. The control system adopted the CP1H model of OMRON and the servo drive technology was used synthetically. The knowledge of stepper drive technology, frequency conversion control technology and modern sensing technology has realized the high speed automatic production of the inner packing bag. The production line has been upgraded after the second design. Its speed and reliability have been greatly improved. The automatic molding machine for inner packaging bags is a set of testing technology, mechanical design, pneumatic technology, Pipeline, the whole production line is composed of multiple organizations, each of which is responsible for a working procedure, and each part of the production line is divided into two parts. The automatic bagging and sewing process of the composite bag is completed together. According to the production technology and process of the packaging bag, the design and research of the following aspects are made in this paper. 1. The integral mechanical connection of the automatic bagging machine production line is studied. The pneumatic and vacuum systems are designed, The composition of pneumatic loop and the function of vacuum system. 3. The control part of the system is designed according to the mechanical structure. The control system is the core part of the automatic production line of stitch machine. The whole hardware structure of the system is studied. This paper describes the basic knowledge of the programmable controller, introduces the selection of components and the whole control logic program, and introduces the development and design of step drive, servo drive and frequency conversion control in detail. The control software of PLC and the upper computer system are designed. The real-time interaction between PLC and the host computer is realized, which provides a platform for users to monitor and control the automatic production line. The man-machine communication screen is the key part of the system design, and the parameters and real-time information of the bag can be controlled by the touch screen. Finally, the paper summarizes the full text and puts forward the future prospect.
