空調(diào)裝配自動化生產(chǎn)線工藝研究及系統(tǒng)設計

【摘要】:科學技術(shù)和制造工藝研究的快速發(fā)展,特別是計算機技術(shù)、通訊技術(shù)和電子技術(shù)、制造工藝學等技術(shù)的發(fā)展,促使工業(yè)生產(chǎn)的自動化技術(shù)水平在不斷的提高。PLC(可編程控制器)作為一種專門應用于工業(yè)環(huán)境的自動化設備,具有抗干擾能力和穩(wěn)定性強等特點,在工業(yè)控制領(lǐng)域占據(jù)重要的地位,以PLC為核心的集成各種自動化專機和工業(yè)機器人的自動化系統(tǒng)已成為當今企業(yè)尋求產(chǎn)業(yè)升級,轉(zhuǎn)變生產(chǎn)方式,提升效率,減低生產(chǎn)成本追逐的目標,是工業(yè)自動化領(lǐng)域研究的一個熱點方向。本文主要針對當前空調(diào)自動化生產(chǎn)線的生產(chǎn)裝配工藝問題進行分析和研究,提出并設計出滿足現(xiàn)代工業(yè)生產(chǎn)的空調(diào)自動化生產(chǎn)控制系統(tǒng)。本系統(tǒng)采用以西門子PLCS300為控制核心,一方面,結(jié)合空調(diào)自動化生產(chǎn)線的生產(chǎn)工藝特點,對特定的工藝、工序進行分析和技術(shù)可行性研究,提出了特定工序工藝的自動化解決對策,如抽真空檢測工作站和碼垛移載工作站實現(xiàn)自動化操作。另一方面,對系統(tǒng)進行整體框架及軟硬的設計,硬件設計包括:器件的選型,如PLC型號、觸摸屏、傳感器等。電氣電路設計,如對動力系統(tǒng)、抽真空子系統(tǒng)、碼垛移載系統(tǒng)的電路硬件設計及其工作原理的分析。系統(tǒng)抗干擾能力的提升和改善,提出了消除電源干擾、控制系統(tǒng)、外部配線干擾對系統(tǒng)操作的影響。軟件設計則是借助西門子TIA(集成工業(yè)自動化)技術(shù)的開發(fā)平臺,以功能模塊化的設計理念,對系統(tǒng)各個子部分進行編程和組態(tài),其包括定位/隔離子系統(tǒng)、動力系統(tǒng)、系統(tǒng)異常報警系統(tǒng)、產(chǎn)線產(chǎn)量統(tǒng)計、.自動化設備聯(lián)動系統(tǒng)的軟件編程和系統(tǒng)電路硬件的組態(tài)、監(jiān)控界面、報警系統(tǒng)、登錄界面等軟件的組態(tài),整個系統(tǒng)通過PROFIBUS-DP現(xiàn)場總線的通信方式將各功能模塊整合起來,實現(xiàn)對空調(diào)自動化生產(chǎn)線裝配、測試、打包等多個環(huán)節(jié)的全程可監(jiān)控的自動化。將本項目研究應用于空調(diào)自動化生產(chǎn)線控制系統(tǒng)中,實現(xiàn)對自動化生產(chǎn)線生產(chǎn)數(shù)據(jù)的實時監(jiān)控,對裝配、測試、組裝工藝參數(shù)進行了有效設計。本系統(tǒng)還具備上位監(jiān)控和遠程功能,能實現(xiàn)數(shù)據(jù)的遠程傳送。設計所采用的‘PLC控制系統(tǒng)具有綜合性強、性價比高等特點,通過對本項目的綜合調(diào)試,實現(xiàn)了對多個裝配崗位作業(yè)的自動化,完成了系統(tǒng)設計要求。本文為其他自動化生產(chǎn)線的自動化、無人化應用提供了設計思路。
[Abstract]:The rapid development of science and technology and manufacturing technology research, especially the development of computer technology, communication technology and electronic technology, manufacturing technology, etc. The automation technology level of industrial production is continuously improved. PLC (Programmable Controller), as an automatic equipment specially applied in industrial environment, has the characteristics of anti-interference ability and strong stability. In the field of industrial control, the automation system which integrates all kinds of automation machines and industrial robots with PLC as the core has become an enterprise seeking industrial upgrading, changing production mode and improving efficiency. The goal of reducing production cost is a hot research direction in the field of industrial automation. This paper mainly focuses on the analysis and research of the production and assembly process of the current air conditioning automation production line. This system adopts Siemens PLCS300 as the control core. On the one hand, combined with the characteristics of the production process of the automatic production line of air conditioning, the specific process is introduced. The process analysis and technical feasibility study are carried out, and the solutions to the automation of specific process processes are put forward, such as vacuum testing workstation and palletizing load shifting workstation to realize automatic operation. On the other hand, The hardware design includes the selection of devices, such as PLC model, touch screen, sensor and so on, electric circuit design, such as power system, vacuum pumping subsystem, etc. The circuit hardware design of palletizing and load shifting system and the analysis of its working principle, the enhancement and improvement of system anti-interference ability, the elimination of power interference and the control system are put forward. The software design is based on the development platform of Siemens TIA (Integrated Industrial Automation) technology to program and configure each sub-part of the system with the concept of function modularization. It includes positioning / isolation subsystem, power system, system abnormal alarm system, production line output statistics, automatic equipment linkage system software programming and system hardware configuration, monitoring interface, alarm system, Login interface and other software configuration, the whole system through the PROFIBUS-DP fieldbus communication mode to integrate the various functional modules, to achieve the automatic production line of air conditioning assembly, testing, This project is applied to the control system of the automatic air conditioning production line to realize the real-time monitoring, assembly and testing of the production data of the automatic production line. The assembly process parameters are effectively designed. The system also has the functions of supervisory control and remote control, and can realize the remote transmission of data. The PLC control system used in the design has the characteristics of strong comprehensiveness, high performance-to-price ratio, and so on. Through the comprehensive debugging of this project, the automation of many assembly jobs is realized, and the system design requirements are fulfilled. This paper provides a design idea for the automation and no-man application of other automatic production lines.
