【摘要】:數(shù)字化工廠是我國制造業(yè)信息化建設(shè)的一個重要組成部分,進入21世紀(jì)以來,國際上的制造業(yè)以及相關(guān)技術(shù)向我國不斷地轉(zhuǎn)移,經(jīng)過這幾年的快速的發(fā)展,中國已經(jīng)是世界制造業(yè)大國,在機械制造業(yè)中已經(jīng)采用了精密自動化柔性化等數(shù)字化的高新技術(shù).作為中等職業(yè)學(xué)校,一方面培養(yǎng)能夠適應(yīng)社會及企業(yè)工作的人才的需求比較迫切,另外一方面學(xué)校已經(jīng)購置了大批現(xiàn)代化的數(shù)控機床用于學(xué)生的實訓(xùn)。學(xué)校如何充分利用數(shù)控設(shè)備,并實現(xiàn)引領(lǐng)企業(yè)發(fā)展的信息化模擬工廠,學(xué)校數(shù)字化實訓(xùn)工廠系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計與實現(xiàn)有著非常現(xiàn)實的意義和研究價值。本文是作者基于多年來對數(shù)字化工廠教學(xué)實踐的探討和摸索的工作基礎(chǔ)上,研究和分析了職業(yè)教育中的特殊需求,充分應(yīng)用現(xiàn)代仿真技術(shù)和模擬現(xiàn)代企業(yè)中無紙化生產(chǎn)的真實的環(huán)境,實現(xiàn)了讓學(xué)校教育中的實訓(xùn)環(huán)節(jié)與現(xiàn)代企業(yè)的生產(chǎn)流程相接軌的數(shù)字化工廠實訓(xùn)系統(tǒng)。本文首先分析了企業(yè)的數(shù)字化工廠的架構(gòu),以及企業(yè)中的數(shù)字化工廠實現(xiàn),通過企業(yè)中的系統(tǒng)應(yīng)用布局分析各個應(yīng)用環(huán)節(jié)。運用了網(wǎng)絡(luò)DNC技術(shù)以及CAXA的CAD、CAM、CAPP、PDM軟件系統(tǒng),并通過相關(guān)的硬件建立PLM體驗中心、無紙化生產(chǎn)車間、數(shù)據(jù)采集及數(shù)字化資源庫等相關(guān)模型,建立并實現(xiàn)了符合職業(yè)院校使用的數(shù)字化實訓(xùn)工廠系統(tǒng)。論文的所做的主要工作是在調(diào)研典型企業(yè)數(shù)字化工廠的基礎(chǔ)上以計算機技術(shù)輔助設(shè)計中職學(xué)校數(shù)字化工廠實訓(xùn)系統(tǒng),實現(xiàn)了數(shù)字化工廠實訓(xùn)系統(tǒng)的軟硬件框架的設(shè)計與實現(xiàn),繪制了系統(tǒng)流程圖、綜合布局圖、運用Visual C++對系統(tǒng)中的相關(guān)應(yīng)用程序做二次開發(fā),完成了資源庫、PLM體驗中心、實訓(xùn)中心的建設(shè)。數(shù)字化工廠實訓(xùn)系統(tǒng)的建設(shè)有效實施了中等職業(yè)教育項目式教學(xué)法,并驗證了該教學(xué)法的優(yōu)勢,通過PLM體驗中心、無紙化生產(chǎn)教學(xué)、理論實踐一體化討論區(qū)等讓學(xué)生真正的適應(yīng)了與企業(yè)的崗位接軌。
[Abstract]:Digital factory is an important part of information construction of manufacturing industry in our country. Since 21th century, the international manufacturing industry and related technology have been continuously transferred to our country, and after several years of rapid development, China is already a big manufacturing country in the world. It has adopted high and new technology, such as precision automation and flexibility, in the machinery manufacturing industry. As a secondary vocational school, On the one hand, there is an urgent need to train talents who can adapt to social and enterprise work. On the other hand, schools have already acquired a large number of modern numerical control machine tools for practical training of students. How can schools make full use of numerical control equipment? And realize the information simulation factory that leads the development of the enterprise, The design and implementation of the digital training factory system in school is of great practical significance and research value. This paper is based on the discussion and exploration of the teaching practice of the digital factory for many years. This paper studies and analyzes the special needs of vocational education, fully applies modern simulation technology and simulates the real environment of paperless production in modern enterprises. This paper has realized the digital factory practice training system, which makes the practical training link in school education connect with the production process of modern enterprises. Firstly, this paper analyzes the structure of the digital factory in the enterprise and the realization of the digital factory in the enterprise. Through the system application layout analysis in the enterprise, the network DNC technology and CAXA CAMCAMCAPPPDM software system are used, and the PLM experience center is set up through the related hardware, and the paperless production workshop is established. Related models such as data acquisition and digital resource database, A digital practical training plant system is established and realized in accordance with the needs of vocational colleges. The main work of this paper is to design a digital factory training system of vocational school with computer technology based on the investigation and investigation of typical enterprise digital factory. The design and implementation of the hardware and software framework of the digital factory training system are realized, the system flowchart is drawn, the comprehensive layout diagram is drawn, the related application program in the system is redeveloped with Visual C, and the experience center of the resource library is completed. The construction of practical training center. The project teaching method of secondary vocational education has been implemented effectively, and the advantages of this teaching method have been verified. Through the PLM experience center, the teaching of paperless production has been carried out. The discussion area of integration of theory and practice makes the students adapt to the position of the enterprise.
