產(chǎn)品開發(fā)服務(wù)需求與云端資源匹配研究

【摘要】:隨著市場競爭的加劇,擁有更好的外觀、質(zhì)量、甚至能開創(chuàng)新市場的產(chǎn)品更容易得到市場的青睞。同時在產(chǎn)品的開發(fā)過程中,產(chǎn)品全生命周期各個環(huán)節(jié)的可分割性增強及產(chǎn)品研發(fā)設(shè)計試制過程的日益細(xì)分使傳統(tǒng)制造企業(yè)、設(shè)計公司或機構(gòu)、甚至個人等可能存在技術(shù)、資金、人才等資源短缺或產(chǎn)品開發(fā)領(lǐng)域?qū)I(yè)知識不足的產(chǎn)品開發(fā)主體能夠通過利用或組合利用網(wǎng)絡(luò)化設(shè)計制造資源進行高效、優(yōu)質(zhì)、低成本地產(chǎn)品開發(fā)。產(chǎn)品開發(fā)主體進行組合利用網(wǎng)絡(luò)化資源進行產(chǎn)品開發(fā)的關(guān)鍵是其在產(chǎn)品開發(fā)過程中的資源服務(wù)需求能找到與之對口的資源服務(wù),即能實現(xiàn)資源服務(wù)需求與資源服務(wù)的準(zhǔn)確匹配。由于設(shè)計制造資源供需信息不對稱、設(shè)計制造資源分散且存在一定的資源信息異構(gòu),需要進行產(chǎn)品開發(fā)資源的統(tǒng)一建模,及在此基礎(chǔ)上對產(chǎn)品開發(fā)資源匹配方法的研究。而本文便是圍繞這一議題進行了探討,對產(chǎn)品開發(fā)資源的建模、產(chǎn)品開發(fā)資源匹配方法進行了深入的研究,得到以下主要研究成果:①實現(xiàn)了產(chǎn)品開發(fā)資源結(jié)構(gòu)化、模型化描述。提出了應(yīng)用本體論的思想進行了產(chǎn)品開發(fā)資源本體模型的構(gòu)建,實現(xiàn)了產(chǎn)品開發(fā)資源模型的統(tǒng)一構(gòu)建。②研究了產(chǎn)品開發(fā)資源需求智能匹配系列方法。通過在概念層上的匹配及元數(shù)據(jù)層屬性約束的匹配相似度研究,實現(xiàn)單個資源匹配相似度算法,并討論了基于總分包模式的資源動態(tài)聯(lián)盟及基于自動組合的資源動態(tài)聯(lián)盟的解決辦法。③實現(xiàn)了產(chǎn)品開發(fā)資源需求智能匹配系列方法。通過將匹配方法在“瘋核桃”平臺的實現(xiàn)驗證了論文研究方法的可行性。④結(jié)合“組合式應(yīng)急加油裝備”開發(fā)過程中的資源需求為案例,通過其在“瘋核桃”平臺上的資源需求匹配過程驗證了論文研究方法的有效性。
[Abstract]:As market competition intensifies, products with better appearance, quality and even the ability to open up new markets are more likely to be favored by the market. At the same time, in the process of product development, The increasing separability of all parts of the product life cycle and the increasing subdivision of the process of product development and design trial and manufacture may allow traditional manufacturing enterprises, design companies or institutions, or even individuals, to have technology, funds, etc. The main body of product development, which is short of talents and other resources or lack of professional knowledge in the field of product development, can use or combine the networked design and manufacturing resources to carry out high efficiency and high quality. Low-cost product development. The key of product development is that the resource service needs in the process of product development can find the corresponding resource service. Because of the asymmetric information between supply and demand of resources in design and manufacture, the resources of design and manufacture are scattered and the information of certain resources is heterogeneous, it is necessary to build a unified model of product development resources. And on the basis of the research on the method of product development resource matching, this paper has carried on the discussion around this topic, has carried on the thorough research to the product development resources modeling, the product development resources matching method, and has carried on the thorough research to the product development resources matching method, The following main research results are obtained: 1. The structured and modelled description of product development resources is realized. The ontology model of product development resources is constructed by using the idea of ontology. This paper realizes the unified construction of product development resource model. 2. The intelligent matching method of product development resource requirement is studied. The similarity of matching on concept layer and attribute constraint in metadata layer is studied. To implement a single resource matching similarity algorithm, The solution of resource dynamic alliance based on total package model and resource dynamic alliance based on automatic combination is discussed. 3. The intelligent matching method of resource requirement of product development is realized. "the realization of the platform verifies the feasibility of the research method of the thesis. 4. Combined with the case of the resource demand in the development process of" combined emergency refueling equipment ", The effectiveness of the research method is verified by the matching process of resource demand on the platform of "Walnut".
