【摘要】：工業(yè)設(shè)計在地區(qū)產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型工作中所起的積極作用有目共睹，目前我國經(jīng)濟發(fā)達(dá)地區(qū)的工業(yè)設(shè)計產(chǎn)業(yè)化進(jìn)程異常迅猛，但在此前很長一段時間內(nèi)體現(xiàn)初無序和低效的發(fā)展特征。蘇北地區(qū)的工業(yè)設(shè)計發(fā)展因為總體發(fā)展階段的原因，尚處在萌芽期。目前，正值全國經(jīng)濟轉(zhuǎn)型及產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整的重要時期，蘇北應(yīng)借助于發(fā)展工業(yè)設(shè)計以規(guī)避地區(qū)產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型升級過程中重走國內(nèi)早期工業(yè)制造基地（如廣東、浙江、蘇南等地區(qū)）粗放式發(fā)展的老路。建設(shè)一個適于蘇北地區(qū)工業(yè)設(shè)計發(fā)展的推進(jìn)載體將加速本地區(qū)的工業(yè)設(shè)計事業(yè)的發(fā)展，從而使本地區(qū)的工業(yè)設(shè)計在發(fā)展初期就能實現(xiàn)有序、高效的健康發(fā)展。作者在結(jié)合大量載體發(fā)展模式的差異化比對和長期實踐工作的基礎(chǔ)上，針對蘇北地區(qū)工業(yè)設(shè)計發(fā)展推進(jìn)載體的職能定位、運營模式及發(fā)展路徑方面開展了相對深入的探討。本文即是上述工作的系統(tǒng)化整理，，這將為此類工作的開展提供重要的理論指導(dǎo)。
[Abstract]:The positive role of industrial design in the regional industrial transformation is obvious to all. At present, the industrialization process of industrial design in the economically developed areas of China is extremely rapid. However, the development of industrial design in northern Jiangsu is still in its infancy because of the overall development stage. At present, During the important period of national economic transformation and industrial restructuring, northern Jiangsu should resort to the development of industrial design to avoid the early industrial manufacturing bases (such as Guangdong, Zhejiang, etc.) in the process of regional industrial transformation and upgrading. The construction of an advanced carrier suitable for the development of industrial design in northern Jiangsu will accelerate the development of industrial design in this region, so that the industrial design in this region can be orderly in the early stage of development. High efficient and healthy development. On the basis of the differentiation comparison of a large number of carrier development modes and long-term practical work, the author aims at the functional positioning of the carrier for the development of industrial design in northern Jiangsu. This paper is the systematization of the above work, which will provide important theoretical guidance for the development of this kind of work.
