【摘要】：為保證產品具有良好的維修性,需要充分考慮維修人員的操作因素開展設計。人因勢場是一種借鑒人工勢場建立的新型人因關系描述概念,能夠較為直觀地表達人因要素在空間中的分布,可用于提高維修性設計的質量和效率。論文針對維修操作過程中的目標可達程度問題,建立了可達性勢場函數(shù)并證明了其基本性質,并進行了仿真分析和實例驗證。論文的主要研究內容包括:1.描述與分析了人因勢場的基本理論。在對人工勢場的概念、構建方法以及基本理論體系分析的基礎上,借鑒靜電場等經(jīng)典場思想和理論,引入人因勢場概念用于描述人因要素對于維修設計的影響,建立了人因勢場基本框架,并分析了人因勢場的基本原理。2.建立了可達性人因勢場的數(shù)學模型,并完成了保守性的證明。借鑒人因工程中關于作業(yè)空間的設計理論,研究了可達性的影響因素和影響機制,建立了可達性人因勢場的數(shù)學模型。分析了可達性人因勢場的基本性質,對保守性進行相關闡述和理論證明。以人體手臂為研究對象,建立了可達性人因勢場函數(shù)并對空間內各點的勢能分布進行了可視化仿真分析以及實驗驗證。3.將人因勢場應用于維修性布局優(yōu)化,驗證了理論的有效性。研究了基于可達性人因勢場的維修性可視化布局優(yōu)化設計方法和基于可達性數(shù)學模型的維修性布局優(yōu)化設計方法。以飛機作動筒設備為應用案例,進行了布局優(yōu)化仿真計算,并開展了試驗驗證。結果表明了可達性人因勢場可以有效地應用于維修性布局優(yōu)化設計。
[Abstract]:To ensure that the product has good maintainability, need to fully consider the factors of maintenance personnel to carry out the design. One potential field is a kind of relationship between reference model describes the concept for potential field establishment, can be more intuitive for Master surface distribution of elements in space, can be used to improve the quality and efficiency of maintainability design. Reference for conservative design theory about the working space in the project, effects of accessibility factors and influence mechanism, established the mathematical model of potential field up to the basic properties of the reachability analysis. One potential field, on the conservation theory. To expound and prove the related human arm as the research object, established the accessibility of people because of potential field function and the visual simulation analysis and experimental verification of.3. on the potential energy distribution of space will be applied to the people because of potential field maintenance layout optimization, verify the validity of the theory. Based on the accessibility of people according to field maintainability visualization layout optimization design method and optimization design based on layout of maintainability accessibility model Method to aircraft actuator. Equipment for the application case, the layout optimization simulation, and carried out experiments. The results show that the accessibility of people because of potential field can be effectively applied to the maintenance of layout optimization design.
