三例有機胺模板硼酸鹽合成、表征以及鐵電薄膜制備和特性研究

【摘要】:模板硼酸鹽有著多樣的結構和優(yōu)秀的物理化學性質。硼原子可以和氧原子形成BO3平面三角形、BO4四面體等單元,并且BO3和BO4進一步組成形狀大小各異的硼氧聚陰離子結構,如孤島狀、鏈狀、層狀和三維立體結構。硼酸鹽豐富的結構類型給我們提供了具有優(yōu)良磁學、光學等性能潛質的功能材料的重要的來源。本文采用以金屬鹽、硼酸、有機胺為主要原料,采用溶劑熱方法,合成了三種有機模板硼酸鹽。我們使用X射線單晶衍射儀器測試這三種硼酸鹽化合物的晶體結構,并進一步研究了相關的化合物的熱重,紅外等性質;衔1屬于單斜晶系,為孤立的硼酸鹽配合物,其分子式為Ni`[N(CH2CH2NH2)3]·[B5O7(OH)3],空間群為P21c,單胞參數(shù)a=8.9720(8)?,b=20.6887(19)?,c=9.3441(9)?,α=90.00°,β=99.930(2)°,γ=90.00°,Z=4,單胞體積V=1708.46?3;衔2屬于三斜晶系,為一維鏈狀模板硼酸鹽,其分子式為[Ni(en)3]2·[B7O10(OH)3]Cl2,空間群為P-1,單胞參數(shù)a=8.9841(18)?,b=14.265(3)?,c=14.937(3)?,α=95.556(3)°,β=94.572(2)°,γ=91.183(2)°,Z=4,單胞體積V=1898.47?3。化合物3屬于單斜晶系,為一維鏈狀模板硼酸鹽,其分子式為Ni(en)3·[B5O7(OH)2BO(OH)2]·2H3O,空間群為P21,單胞參數(shù)a=7.7494(17)?,b=8.9548(18)?,c=15.724(3)?,α=90.00°,β=92.580(19)°,γ=90.00°,Z=4,單胞體積V=1090.05?3;衔3是一種手性一維鏈狀硼酸鹽。在本課題組實驗的基礎上,本論文中進一步對[C6N2H15]·[B5O6(OH)4]薄膜制備改良研究。本論文中薄膜尺寸、厚度容易控制,性質穩(wěn)定,制備方法簡單,重復性好,在室溫下即可完成制作,原料易得且不含對環(huán)境有害的重金屬元素。具有良好的鐵電性的同時還具有良好的柔韌度,在可穿戴設備等領域具有比較重要的意義。
[Abstract]:The template borates have a variety of structures and excellent physical and chemical properties. Boron atoms and oxygen atoms can form units such as BO3 plane triangular tetrahedron, and BO3 and BO4 further form boron polyanions of different shapes and sizes. The rich structural types of borates provide us with important sources of functional materials with excellent magnetic and optical properties. Three kinds of organic template borates were synthesized by solvothermal method. The crystal structures of these three borates were measured by X-ray single crystal diffraction, and the thermogravimetric properties of the related compounds were studied. Infrared isotherms. Compound 1 belongs to monoclinic system and is an isolated borate complex. The molecular formula of compound 1 is Ni` [Nu CH2CH2NH2H3] 路[B5O7OHH3], the space group is P21c, and the unit cell parameter (ah8.9720h8)? BX 20. 6887? 9. 3441? , 90.00 擄, 99.930 擄, 90.00 擄, 90.00 擄, V = 1708.46? 3. Compound 2 belongs to the triclinic crystal system, which is a one-dimensional chain template borate. Its molecular formula is [Ni(en)3] 2 路[B7O10OHH3] Cl2, the space group is P-1, and the unit cell parameter (a) 8.9841 ~ (18)? BX 14.265? CX 14.937? , 偽 = 95.556 ~ (3) 擄, 尾 = 94.572 ~ (2) 擄, 緯 ~ (9) = 91.183 ~ (3)) ~ (2) 擄, unit cell volume V _ (V) = 1898.47? 3. Compound 3 belongs to monoclinic system and belongs to one-dimensional chain template borate. Its molecular formula is Ni(en)3 路[B _ 5O _ 7 OH _ (2) BOH _ (2)) 路2H _ (3O), space group is P21, unit cell parameter a _ (7.749) ~ (4) ~ (17)? 8. 9548? C. C. 15.724? , 90.00 擄, 92.580 擄, 90.00 擄, 90.00 擄, V = 1090.05? 3. Compound 3 is a chiral one-dimensional chain borate. On the basis of our experiments, the preparation of [C _ 6N _ 2H _ (15)] 路[B _ 5O _ (6) O _ H _ (4)] thin films was further studied in this paper. It has good reproducibility and can be made at room temperature. The raw material is easy to be obtained and does not contain heavy metal elements harmful to the environment. It has good ferroelectric properties and good flexibility, which is of great significance in wearable equipment and other fields.
