片式消聲器內(nèi)吸聲材料及傳遞損失仿真方法研究

【摘要】:片式消聲器是阻性消聲器的一種,廣泛應(yīng)用于工業(yè)中各類(lèi)大流量的風(fēng)機(jī)、空壓機(jī)、空調(diào)、冷卻塔等設(shè)備的消聲。片式消聲器一般具有較大的進(jìn)出口橫截面積,進(jìn)出口處平面波的截止頻率低,激發(fā)的高階模態(tài)數(shù)量多,這使得片式消聲器傳遞損失的準(zhǔn)確預(yù)測(cè)變得較為復(fù)雜。為了能提高片式消聲器聲學(xué)性能分析計(jì)算的效率和預(yù)測(cè)的精度,本文以片式消聲器為研究對(duì)象,對(duì)其內(nèi)部吸聲材料的聲學(xué)特性及消聲器傳遞損失的仿真方法進(jìn)行了研究。首先對(duì)片式消聲器內(nèi)部的玻璃棉及護(hù)面結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行了研究,給出玻璃棉和穿孔板垂直入射吸聲系數(shù)的計(jì)算方法,分析了穿孔板作護(hù)面板對(duì)多孔材料吸聲效果的影響,并通過(guò)仿真和阻抗管實(shí)驗(yàn)測(cè)量的方法驗(yàn)證了分析結(jié)果及所用模型的正確性。提出利用LMS Virtual.lab有限元模塊中的管道聲模態(tài)邊界條件和AML屬性來(lái)仿真計(jì)算片式消聲器的傳遞損失。與傳統(tǒng)仿真方法相比,在阻性消聲器進(jìn)出口處為平面波時(shí),兩者結(jié)果一致;當(dāng)進(jìn)出口處出現(xiàn)高階模態(tài)波時(shí)傳統(tǒng)仿真方式失效,可以采用管道聲模態(tài)法計(jì)算消聲器的傳遞損失。進(jìn)而利用管道聲模態(tài)法對(duì)課題中所研究的片式消聲器進(jìn)行了傳遞損失仿真計(jì)算,并分析了消聲器內(nèi)多孔材料流阻率和消聲器長(zhǎng)度對(duì)其傳遞損失的影響。在中國(guó)科學(xué)院聲學(xué)研究所北海研究站管道消聲實(shí)驗(yàn)室內(nèi)測(cè)量了所研究片式消聲器的插入損失,在假設(shè)其傳遞損失與插入損失差別不大的前提下,將實(shí)驗(yàn)室測(cè)量的插入損失與仿真得到的傳遞損失進(jìn)行了對(duì)比。實(shí)驗(yàn)測(cè)量結(jié)果和本文中仿真結(jié)果總體吻合良好,證明了可以利用管道聲模態(tài)法快速、準(zhǔn)確的預(yù)測(cè)片式消聲器的傳遞損失。
[Abstract]:Chip muffler is a kind of resistive muffler, which is widely used in all kinds of large flow fans, air compressors, air conditioners, cooling towers and other equipment in industry. The low cut-off frequency of the plane wave at the inlet and outlet and the large number of high order modes excited make the accurate prediction of the transmission loss of the muffler more complicated. In order to improve the efficiency of the acoustic performance analysis and the accuracy of the prediction of the muffler, In this paper, the acoustic characteristics of the internal sound absorbing material and the simulation method of the transmission loss of the muffler are studied. Firstly, the structure of the glass wool and the cover inside the muffler is studied. The method of calculating the sound absorption coefficient of glass cotton and perforated plate at vertical incidence is given. The influence of perforated plate as protective panel on the sound absorption effect of porous material is analyzed. The correctness of the analysis results and the models used are verified by simulation and impedance tube experimental measurement. The acoustic modal boundary condition and AML attribute of the finite element module of LMS Virtual.lab are used to simulate and calculate the sound mode of the muffler. Transfer loss. Compared with traditional simulation methods, When the inlet and outlet of the resistive muffler are plane waves, the two results are consistent, and the traditional simulation methods fail when the higher-order mode waves appear at the inlet and outlet. The transmission loss of muffler can be calculated by using the pipe sound mode method, and then the transmission loss of the muffler studied in the subject is simulated by using the pipeline sound mode method. The influence of the flow resistance rate of porous material and the length of muffler on the transmission loss was analyzed. The insertion loss of the studied muffler was measured in the pipe silencing laboratory of Beihai Research Station, Institute of Acoustics, Chinese Academy of Sciences. On the assumption that there is little difference between the transmission loss and the insertion loss, the insertion loss measured in the laboratory is compared with the simulated transfer loss. The experimental results are in good agreement with the simulation results in this paper. It is proved that the transmission loss of the muffler can be predicted quickly and accurately by using the pipe sound mode method.
