三疊片壓電復(fù)合換能器彎曲振動的比較研究

【摘要】:用瑞利法對三疊片彎振圓盤換能器在三種不同邊界條件下的振動特性進行理論研究,推導(dǎo)了諧振頻率及有效機電耦合系數(shù)的表達式,通過數(shù)值計算分析了復(fù)合換能器的諧振頻率及有效機電耦合系數(shù)隨換能器各結(jié)構(gòu)參數(shù)的變化規(guī)律并進行比較研究,同時將計算結(jié)果與有限元模擬結(jié)果比較,結(jié)果表明不同邊界條件下?lián)Q能器的結(jié)構(gòu)參數(shù)對諧振頻率和有效機電耦合系數(shù)影響不同:在換能器結(jié)構(gòu)參數(shù)一定時,自由邊界條件下諧振頻率最大,簡支邊界條件下最小,固定邊界條件下次之;有效機電耦合系數(shù)隨著金屬片厚度、陶瓷片厚度和陶瓷片半徑變化時,分別有一個最大值;其他參數(shù)一定時,有效機電耦合系數(shù)在簡支邊界條件下最大,自由邊界條件下的值稍大于固定邊界條件下的值。上述研究結(jié)果可為三疊片彎曲振動換能器的設(shè)計和實際應(yīng)用提供一定的理論支持。
[Abstract]:By using Rayleigh method, the vibration characteristics of triple-laminated flexural disk transducer under three different boundary conditions are studied theoretically, and the expressions of resonant frequency and effective electromechanical coupling coefficient are derived. The variation of resonant frequency and effective electromechanical coupling coefficient of the composite transducer with the structural parameters of the transducer is analyzed and compared with that of the finite element simulation, and the calculated results are compared with the results of the finite element simulation. The results show that the structural parameters of the transducer have different effects on the resonant frequency and the effective electromechanical coupling coefficient under different boundary conditions: when the structural parameters of the transducer are fixed, the resonant frequency is the largest under the free boundary condition and the minimum under the simple boundary condition. Under the fixed boundary condition, the effective electromechanical coupling coefficient has one maximum value with the thickness of metal sheet, ceramic plate thickness and ceramic radius, and the effective electromechanical coupling coefficient is the largest under simply supported boundary condition when the other parameters are fixed. The value under free boundary condition is slightly larger than that under fixed boundary condition. The above results can provide some theoretical support for the design and practical application of triple-plate bending vibration transducer.
