【摘要】：針對(duì)高分辨率遙感影像的特點(diǎn),提出了基于多類分割與模板匹配的建筑物輪廓矢量化方法:首先對(duì)影像進(jìn)行多尺度SVM分割獲取建筑物候選點(diǎn);然后在Radon變換結(jié)合主軸分析獲取建筑物主方向的基礎(chǔ)上,引入多類分割思想,構(gòu)建用于分割的能量函數(shù),基于α-擴(kuò)展算法解算能量函數(shù),將輪廓線分割為3類邊緣線段;接著構(gòu)建形狀先驗(yàn)的邊緣模板,進(jìn)行精確定位以獲取邊緣線的實(shí)際位置,去除鋸齒狀變形,降低提取結(jié)果的影響;最后相鄰邊緣線相正交得到拐角點(diǎn),依次連接每一個(gè)拐角點(diǎn),得到規(guī)則化的建筑物輪廓。相比于同類其他方法,此方法考慮了邊緣點(diǎn)的方向信息和相鄰邊緣點(diǎn)趨于同一類的先驗(yàn)知識(shí),可得到近似全局最優(yōu)的邊緣線段分割結(jié)果,避免了規(guī)則化過(guò)程中選擇初始點(diǎn)和處理順序的麻煩和不利影響,同時(shí)充分利用了影像特征,對(duì)邊緣線段進(jìn)行精確定位,減弱建筑物提取結(jié)果誤差的影響。對(duì)不同影像的實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果證明此方法可得到規(guī)則化的建筑物外輪廓線,不考慮提取過(guò)程中遺漏的建筑物,矢量化結(jié)果平均準(zhǔn)確度為89%、完整度98%、幾何形狀相似性87%、整體質(zhì)量85%。
[Abstract]:According to the characteristics of high resolution remote sensing image, a method of building contour vectorization based on multi-class segmentation and template matching is proposed. Firstly, multi-scale SVM segmentation is used to obtain the candidate points of the building. Then, on the basis of Radon transform and principal axis analysis to obtain the main direction of the building, the multi-class segmentation idea is introduced to construct the energy function for the segmentation. The energy function is solved based on the 偽 -expansion algorithm, and the contour is divided into three kinds of edge segments. Then the edge template of the shape prior is constructed to locate the actual position of the edge line accurately, remove the zigzag deformation, and reduce the influence of the extraction result. Finally, the corner points are obtained by orthogonal adjacent edge lines, and each corner point is connected in turn. Compared with other similar methods, this method takes into account the direction information of edge points and the priori knowledge that adjacent edge points tend to the same class, and obtains the approximate global optimal edge segment segmentation results. It avoids the trouble of choosing the initial point and processing order in the regularization process, and makes full use of the image features to locate the edge line segment accurately. The experimental results of different images show that this method can obtain the regular contour of the building without considering the buildings missing in the extraction process. The average accuracy of vectorization is 89, the integrity is 98, the geometric shape is similar to 87, the whole mass is 85.
