基于Lambert W函數(shù)的裝備經(jīng)濟壽命分析

【摘要】:為改進現(xiàn)有裝備經(jīng)濟壽命模型求解時計算量大、不便于分析等缺點,提出了一種新的裝備經(jīng)濟壽命確定方法。首先通過Lambert W函數(shù)求解出裝備經(jīng)濟壽命的精確計算解析式,其次采用多項式擬合、有理擬合對Lambert W函數(shù)進行精確估算,并將結(jié)果與Lambert W函數(shù)近似解和精確解進行比較,在此基礎(chǔ)上得出了裝備經(jīng)濟壽命的精確估算公式。實驗表明,估算公式是一個分段函數(shù)形式,對經(jīng)濟壽命的估算精度可控制在±1年。該方法與傳統(tǒng)的列表法相比,不僅具有直觀性,利于掌握和計算,同時便于進一步分析經(jīng)濟壽命的影響因素和變化規(guī)律。
[Abstract]:In order to improve the existing equipment economic life model, a new method for determining the equipment economic life is put forward in order to solve the problems such as large amount of calculation and inconvenient analysis. Firstly, the exact calculating analytical formula of the equipment economic life is solved by Lambert W function. Secondly, the polynomial fitting and rational fitting are used to estimate the Lambert W function accurately, and the results are compared with the approximate solution and the exact solution of Lambert W function. On this basis, the accurate estimation formula of the equipment economic life is obtained. The estimation formula is a piecewise function form, and the precision of estimating economic life can be controlled within 鹵1 year. Compared with the traditional list method, this method is not only intuitive, but also easy to grasp and calculate. At the same time, it is convenient to further analyze the influencing factors and changing rules of economic life.
