基于異形熱成型包裝件的分切技術(shù)研究

【摘要】:全自動真空熱成型包裝機(jī)是近年來開發(fā)的,應(yīng)用廣泛的一種多功能多用途包裝機(jī)型。在一個包裝機(jī)上集多個工位于一體,機(jī)器性能強(qiáng)、生產(chǎn)效率高、適應(yīng)性廣,成型后容器的形狀各異,可廣泛用于各種食品及非食品類的包裝領(lǐng)域,但目前針對影響包裝件最終外觀質(zhì)量的分切工序研究較少,尤其針對異形包裝件。本文旨在對異形包裝件分切技術(shù)和分切裝置進(jìn)行研究,對影響異形包裝件分切的工藝參數(shù)進(jìn)行理論分析,同時提出一種新型裁切方式—仿形裁切,用來改善產(chǎn)品的外觀質(zhì)量并提高分切效率。主要研究內(nèi)容包括:(1)研究背景、目的及意義。主要調(diào)研了全自動真空熱成型包裝機(jī)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀和熱成型包裝機(jī)現(xiàn)有分切技術(shù)和熱成型包裝機(jī)分切裝置存在問題,明確課題研究意義與重要性,確定了課題研究的主要技術(shù)和研究方法,為課題開展提供了理論基礎(chǔ)和參考依據(jù)。(2)異形件分切工藝原理與技術(shù)方案的研究。對熱成型包裝件的產(chǎn)品特征和材料特性進(jìn)行詳細(xì)分析;并根據(jù)熱成型包裝件的分切特點,確定了異形包裝件橫切和縱切工藝方案和裝置,確定了異形件沖切的技術(shù)原理和工藝方案,創(chuàng)新性提出仿形裁切的新型分切方法,確定了仿形裁切的工藝方案和工藝流程;最后根據(jù)生產(chǎn)實際狀況確定包裝件分切的工藝要求和質(zhì)量要求,在此基礎(chǔ)上進(jìn)行下一步裝置設(shè)計。(3)異形件沖切裝置設(shè)計與影響因素分析。完成異形包裝件沖切裝置的設(shè)計,對影響沖切質(zhì)量的工藝參數(shù)進(jìn)行分析。完成了沖切刀片、沖切刀模板、沖切輔助裝置以及沖切整體裝置設(shè)計;對沖切主要參數(shù)沖切壓力進(jìn)行了計算,確定了沖切所需的增壓氣缸;對沖切裝置相關(guān)因素沖切速度、材料本身性能、膠合板質(zhì)量對沖切質(zhì)量的影響進(jìn)行了簡要分析。在此基礎(chǔ)上,針對寬幅多模腔型的熱成型包裝機(jī),設(shè)計了相應(yīng)的輸送裝置,完成了寬幅多模腔熱成型包裝機(jī)的沖切裝置設(shè)計。(4)異形件裁切機(jī)構(gòu)選型與裝置設(shè)計。根據(jù)異形包裝件的仿形裁切工藝方案中執(zhí)行機(jī)構(gòu)的動作要求,對仿形裁切執(zhí)行機(jī)構(gòu)進(jìn)行機(jī)構(gòu)選型,完成了夾緊機(jī)構(gòu)、仿形機(jī)構(gòu)、定位轉(zhuǎn)角機(jī)構(gòu)的設(shè)計。對夾緊機(jī)構(gòu)進(jìn)行參數(shù)化設(shè)計和運動分析,對仿形機(jī)構(gòu)進(jìn)行合理化驗證,運動分析和優(yōu)化設(shè)計;確定仿形裁切時間,繪制工作循環(huán)圖,估算生產(chǎn)效率。(5)整體模型設(shè)計;赟olidworks三維設(shè)計軟件平臺,對異形包裝件單組固定沖切裝置、寬幅多模腔高效沖切裝置、仿形裁切裝置創(chuàng)建三維模型,并組裝配合成整機(jī)模型,用來檢驗整體裝置的合理性。
[Abstract]:Automatic vacuum thermoforming packaging machine has been developed in recent years. It is widely used in multi-function and multi-purpose packaging machine. It has the advantages of strong performance, high production efficiency and wide adaptability. The shapes of the formed containers vary, and they can be widely used in various food and non-food packaging fields. However, at present, there is little research on the cutting process that affects the final appearance quality of the packaging. The purpose of this paper is to study the cutting technology and the cutting device of the special-shaped packaging, to analyze the technological parameters affecting the cutting of the special-shaped packaging, and to put forward a new type of cutting method-copying cutting. It is used to improve the appearance quality of the product and to improve the cutting efficiency. Objective and significance. This paper mainly investigates the development of automatic vacuum thermoforming packaging machine, the existing cutting technology of thermal forming packaging machine and the problems existing in the cutting device of thermal forming packaging machine, and clarifies the significance and importance of the subject research. The main techniques and methods of the research have been determined. This paper provides the theoretical basis and reference basis for the research of the cutting process principle and technical scheme of the special-shaped parts. The product and material characteristics of the thermoforming packaging are analyzed in detail, and according to the cutting characteristics of the thermoforming packaging, The technology scheme and device for cross and longitudinal cutting of special-shaped packaging are determined, the technical principle and technological scheme of blanking of special-shaped parts are determined, the new cutting method of copying cutting is innovatively put forward, and the technological scheme and technological process of copying cutting are determined. Finally, according to the actual conditions of production, the technological requirements and quality requirements of the cutting of packing parts are determined. On this basis, the design of the blanking device for the special-shaped parts and the analysis of the influencing factors are carried out, and the design of the punching and cutting device for the special-shaped packaging parts is completed. The process parameters affecting the quality of punching are analyzed. The design of blanking blade, blanking tool template, punching auxiliary device and blanking integral device is completed, and the blanking pressure of the main parameters of blanking is calculated. The effects of pressing speed, material properties, plywood quality and cutting quality on the pressure cylinder needed for punching and cutting are briefly analyzed. Based on this, the thermoforming packaging machine with wide width and multi-die cavity is used to determine the effect of punching speed, material properties and plywood quality. The corresponding conveying device is designed, and the punching device design of the wide width multi-die cavity thermoforming packaging machine is completed. The cutting mechanism selection and device design of the special-shaped parts are completed. According to the action requirements of the actuator in the profiled cutting process of the special-shaped packaging, The design of clamping mechanism, copying mechanism and positioning angle mechanism are completed. The parametric design and kinematic analysis of clamping mechanism are carried out, and the rational verification of copying mechanism is carried out. Kinematic analysis and optimization design; determining copying cutting time, drawing working cycle diagram, estimating production efficiency. Whole model design. Based on Solidworks 3D design software platform, single set of fixed punching device for special-shaped package, In order to test the rationality of the whole device, the high efficiency punching and cutting device with wide width multimode cavity and the copying cutting device are used to create 3D model and assemble the whole machine model to verify the rationality of the whole device.
