新型動靜壓轉(zhuǎn)臺承載特性分析及結(jié)構(gòu)改進(jìn)

【摘要】:提出了一種新型動靜壓轉(zhuǎn)臺的設(shè)計(jì)概念,油腔結(jié)構(gòu)包括扇形靜壓油腔和螺旋油楔動壓油腔,這種轉(zhuǎn)臺可用于重型車床、大齒輪加工機(jī)床等重型、大型精密機(jī)械。綜合考慮雷諾方程和流量連續(xù)性方程,采用有限元法對螺旋油楔的油膜壓力分布進(jìn)行了計(jì)算,建立了轉(zhuǎn)臺承載特性計(jì)算模型。在分析過程中發(fā)現(xiàn)當(dāng)轉(zhuǎn)臺負(fù)載較大油膜厚度較小時存在靜壓腔進(jìn)入的流量小于動壓油楔泄漏量的問題,針對該問題對靜壓腔結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行了改進(jìn),并計(jì)算了一定工作條件下靜壓腔封油面與動壓油楔封油面高度差的臨界值,高度差大于該臨界值時可以解決動壓油楔供油不足的問題,研究了該臨界值隨轉(zhuǎn)速變化的規(guī)律,為該種結(jié)構(gòu)轉(zhuǎn)臺的設(shè)計(jì)提供了參考。
[Abstract]:In this paper, a new design concept of hydrostatic pressure turntable is presented. The structure of the oil chamber consists of a sector hydrostatic oil chamber and a spiral oil wedge hydrodynamic oil chamber. The turntable can be used for heavy duty lathes, big gear machining machines, etc. Large precision machinery. Considering Reynolds equation and flow continuity equation, the oil film pressure distribution of spiral oil wedge is calculated by finite element method. The calculation model of bearing characteristics of turntable is established. It is found that when the load of turntable is larger than the thickness of oil film, there exists the problem that the flow into the hydrostatic chamber is smaller than that of the hydrodynamic oil wedge, and the structure of the hydrostatic chamber is improved in the light of this problem. The critical value of the height difference between the hydrostatic cavity seal surface and the hydrostatic oil wedge seal surface is calculated under certain working conditions. When the height difference is larger than the critical value, the problem of insufficient oil supply from the hydrostatic oil wedge is solved, and the variation of the critical value with the rotational speed is studied. It provides a reference for the design of this kind of structure turntable.
